Great village atmosphere, lovely baked goods served by super friendly staff

Popped into this place on Tuesday for a Coffee ☕️. The food smelt lovely and the cakes looked very good, just did have time to stop properly. The atmosphere was just like a community should be, peaceful etc

I've been using the cafe every so often since soon after it opened. The food is generally quite simple, but definitely extremely good value. 26 Oct a group of 8 cyclist arrived wet, cold and bedraggled we were served quickly and efficiently, and sent refreshed on our way. If you are in the area give it a try, it is run entirely by volunteers, and a small breakfast and tea cost a whole £3.50 let me know where you can get better! Cyclist

Excellent cafe for the village and visitors. Excellent food and drink, and it's very popular with locals, passing trade and regular visitors from the surrounding area.

Good, cheap, home made food, served by friendly locals who will chat if you want to or not if you don't. It's a lovely welcoming place.
