What a fabulous find! We went in last night (8 Dec) as a party of 9. Rarely do I get food envy of EVERYONE'S food that came out for both courses that we had, but this was one of those occasions.
All of our group commented how delicious and well cooked the food was. It arrived quickly and all together with minimum waiting for the last few dishes to come out. We were served by Gail who hit the perfect balance between being friendly and helpful. We had a good variety of the menu items between us and it was all stunning both in appearance and flavour.
The restaurant itself is lovely too, right down to the Ladies loo, which I'm reliably informed has a shelf with hand towels - Nice touch.
Thank you for a lovely evening, lovely food and just being lovely! We'll certainly be back (I got the job of organising it and the other guys and girls have already requested a future booking).

This restaurant is a gem hidden in the Waveney Valley - Rafe's cooking always cones up trumps and Gail is so welcoming front of house.
Try it and you'll soon be as smitten as we are!!

Can’t believe we haven’t been before!! A gem of a traditional Italian restaurant on the doorstep, took us right back to Sorrento. Beautiful food, great service, we will be back. If you’re going with kids, pizzas are not served on a Saturday, but with the amazing pasta not a huge issue.

This Italian is an absolute gem. Six of us visited. A very warm welcome. The service was immaculate. Could not fault the choice of food available which was delivered at appropriate time. We all had 3 courses, each of which was delicious. We highly recommend this restaurant.

We had a very enjoyable meal celebrating an engagement in our family, the restaurant fit us in after our late booking, we were all very impressed with the food quality and the staff were very attentive. This made for a great evening. Would definitely recommend this restaurant 👌

Italian Restaurant in Ellingham. Lovely Restaurant situated in a quiet village. Had a really nice atmosphere, staff very welcoming and friendly without being intrusive. Visited mainly to try genuine Italian Pizza, however considerable choice on offer so will need to return ! Efficient service and extensive menu , extremely good value for money . Be warned, Pizza's very generous size! Plenty of parking. Highly recommend Pizzas..

Well worth searching out. Italian menu. Nice relaxed experience. Pleasant, efficient staff, varied choice, generous portions nicely presented and tasty. We had starter, main and pudding with pre drinks and bottle of wine between us and spent £50 per person. But obviously could be less. Would happily go there as a couple or with family and friends.
