Cotswold Arms - Burford - Photo album

Good food at a reasonable price but it's the staff are the real deal breakers. They were all so friendly and welcoming whenever we visited. Our go-to pub on a recent short break in Burford. A very pleasnt experience.
Great countryside restaurant. The place has a simple and cozy atmosphere, and the food is tasty. The family runs the business and they're really nice.
My partner and I were very surprised with the portions and variety of food options for vegetarian and vegans. The jackfruit nachos were delicious! I had the fish burger which was a very big piece of fish and my partnerโ€™s steak sandwich was juicy and filling. Staff were lovely and friendly and toilet
A cracking pub with a great atmosphere along with some great local characters. We didnโ€™t have food so I cannot comment on that, however drinks were served by jolly friendly faces. A warm feeling pub so I would highly recommend it.
Friendly staff, amazing vibe and generally pleasant atmosphere. Food was also incredible! Pop in for a quick one, should you get the chance!
A nice little pub right in the center of the town. They have an outdoor back garden and a few seats out the front of the pub to sit when it's a sunny day. Food was fine, we had a Baked Potato with Cheese and Beans and Cheese Chips, nothing fancy but filled us up. Staff where friendly and helpful.
Lovely meal here! The staff were all very warm and friendly, and as us requested, sat us in the beer garden! Great timing to enjoy the evening sun after a very warm day. The starter Mezze Platter was an amazing surprise, highly recommend! The food size is very generous, with the grilled red peppers
Very nice pub/restaurant. The food is great and our server was super friendly. Plenty of veggie options too... The vegetarian bean pie was to die for!
Cracking little pub with lots of ales and lovely pub food ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ
Well, we booked in for a meal today and WOW a fantastic meal that was absolutely amazing. T bone steak cooked to perfection. The lady that looked after us was Alice and she made sure we were well looked after. She was a star. Wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you all..
Lovely pub with great atmosphere. Typical Cotswolds food. I recommend in particular the steak pie.
Really tasty sausage and mash. In fairness everyone at the table enjoyed their food. Massive shout out to the lady who pretty much on her own did a superb job taking everyone's orders, serving food, taking payment and serving at the bar at a packed house on a Saturday night all with a smile
Stopped in for a quick drink and bite to eat whilst walking around Burford. Staff were lovely and friendly and our dog Buddy particularly enjoyed the dog biscuits and water bowl. I had a tuna cheese melt and fries, tasted great and my wife had some curly fries.
Nice location at the bottom of Burford High Street. Small bar area with a restaurant at the rear, some tables outside. We had quite a long wait for the menu's to arrive even though they didn't seem too busy. We chose 3 different of their special pie selection. Shin of beef, chicken, chorizo. They we
Sooooooo.. my experience was good, almost perfect. The food was very good (and so was the price). The service was equally impressive. The down point was the fact that the table was a bit dirty (sorry, I'm a freak for cleaning). Anyway, I'd definitely come back to the cotswolds arms. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™ˆ
Food is very good. Prices are okay. On that road you will find everything what is there. All that area is like from books.
Went here on August bank holiday Saturday. It was a little bit of a chaotic set up. Food was nice. Nothing to write home about but it was presented nice and at a fair price. The drinks have prevented me from giving this place 5 stars. I asked for a pale or a blonde beer and was given a dark colou
