The Six Gold Martlets - Burgess Hill - Photo album

Excellent bar . English style. Overall very good prices and some of the best beers I have ever had. They serve them very cold and frothy and if you are served by Louisa one of their friendly waitresses. You are assured of a good evening. Recommended.
My son wanted his 13th birthday here with a close group of friends and we all had a really good time!! Food was epic! That table order service is lethal 😂😂 still we were about £70 under budget so YAY!! free flow cash 😁😁 lol easy 5 stars <3
Weatherspoons has always affordable prices. English Breakfast is awesome for the price. Bit crowdy during evenings but never mind it has option of ordering over counter as well as app. Just that the tables are not super clean, the place is great for hanging out.
Food as you would expect from Weatherspoons. Good value; under £20 for lunch and drinks for 3. Food came very quickly but could have been warmer. Staff friendly. You can order and pay via an app, which is handy.
The staff were lovely: very polite and friendly and the place was very clean and tidy. The usual array of seating available throughout with enough space to be able to move around. Extra seating out the front under some trees which was quite popular. Two large skylights bring in a lot of light to the
It's probably one of the smaller ones. In the middle of Burgess Hill High Street. Outside tables are away from the pub, and you are sitting in the middle of the of the high street so shoppers are walking past etc. But it was pretty good otherwise.
Busy, especially on a Saturday so expected, cheap food and drinks, one disabled bathroom downstairs, all the others are up two flights of stairs which is part of the experience, bad if you have any kind of disability and the disabled toilet is in use. Alcohol pitchers are great though
Spoons is spoons to me, can't really go wrong and you know exactly what to expect, cheap food and drink, a quiet almost sombre atmosphere and a toilet up ten flights of stairs, but hey that's spoons for you, it works for me.
Good old Wetherspoon. Same menu, same atmosphere. Always good to be in JDW
Been going here for a couple years now, decent pub, great prices, the service and food usually is pretty good, food can sometimes be a bit overcooked/burned.
We normally go to the Jack fairman in horley because it's local to where my partner lives. Sometimes when we come to Burgess hill where I live and go to the six gold, and we both agree the six gold is better quality than the the Jack fairman
Good food at reasonable prices, including a drink. Bottomless coffee is good too with both cafinated and decafinated in a variety of flavours. Mocha is my favourite.
Clean tidy quick service, food lovely a and responsible priced
