Everything we had was really nice, delivered very quickly and hot! We had a Classic bacon cheese burger, house royale burger, cajun fries & mint lemonade. They even put in a little bag full off salt, pepper, hand wipes and ketchup. All 10/10.

First time here tonight. Always like to go and collect if possible, the apps take a massive chunk out of what these guys earn. Great service, friendly staff, food was cooked promptly and well within the time they said. I just had one of the meals. Thoughts… Lots of fries, all seasoned really well, crispy and fresh. Burger really decent quality, lots of sauce, bloody messy but this is what you want right? Really tasty. Definitely would recommend and will be back. Thank you.

Never been here before so thought we would go in and check it out. First impression was the friendly staff and then the decor inside was modern and comfortable. The whole emphasis is on the local produce used and I tried a, "Mexican Hot " and by golly was it♨️ The portion of chips was very generous compared to other fast food places and the best I have ever eaten due to the locally grown potatoes. It is very good food and you do pay more for the quality you are getting, but it's worth it if you want a quality burger.

Real food that will not upset your stomach and pocket, simply best burgers I ate. All freshly cut and prepared on site. Forget McDonald's fries that taste like wood shavings, here you get real potatoes. Beef is perfectly grilled and milk shake made of ice cream is a heaven for taste buds. Crew is professional, friendly and cheerful. Don't eat burgers anywhere else, come to SmoQue Burger, highly recommended 👍

Have ordered from here a few times now and delivery is usually pretty quick. Food always really good and it’s nice to eat more unique versions of food than just the same frozen stuff other places serve like chicken strips because they do taste like they make them themselves. Had cheesecake today and that was really nice too.

Great service, quick delivery (only £1) and tasty food. I'd recommend the southern beast! Also large chips are absolutely huge so unless you are feeding 2-3 people I suggest medium chips.

The Peppe Deluxe is worth every penny. A must try burger in Brighton. And their loyalty card is amazing..every 9th burger free..but sometimes they don even make you wait dat long😍😍 100% recommended.

Best burger I've had in a long long time. I had the Deluxe. Outstanding. Wrapped in foil so still piping hot when I got it home . Lovely fries, had the standard salted ones, huge portion. Altogether too much food. Great service when I ordered and when I collected despite my new debit card failing to work!! I'll be back......soon. thanks guys.

Have just had our first meal delivered from Burgess Hill store and it was delicious. Food was piping hot and portions were huge and the burger was delicious. The fries covered half of the plate ! Delivery guy was nice and friendly and we were quoted 45 minutes delivery time and it was pretty much that to the minute. Nice touch having salt,pepper, ketchup, wipe, napkin and toothpick in a separate bag too.

Ordered from SmoQue a few times and I’m always impressed with the fantastic quality of the food. Sampled a fair few bits on the menu, the Southern Beast burger and Cajun fries being personal favourites! Food always arrives quickly and is never cold and all the delivery drivers I’ve dealt with have been very polite! Would definitely recommend SmoQue, one of the best burger places in Brighton!!

Not had one of these before and in all honesty it was absolutely incredible. I just even had to ring them back up to say how amazing this burger was. When I dipped it into the garlic mayo it absolutely blew my mind!! Nice little touch adding salt, pepper, ketchup and a fresh wet wipe wrapped up as a little parcel inside. Definitely going back, portions are huge and burgers are insane! Well done guys!

I was really excited to try Smoque Burger from Burgess Hill as I’d had one from Brighton a few years ago and it was lovely. I was so disappointed with the outcome. Firstly, My burger and chips were both stone cold by the time I got home (15 minute drive) which there and then ruined the meal. The chips were what I can only describe as “soggy” they weren’t crispy at all I might as well have been eating cold mash potato. The seasoning I had on my chips was way too much, they were absolutely smothered I may as well have been pouring the seasoning into my mouth, all I could taste was powder every time I ate a chip it was completely over bearing. Chips aside the main reason I went was for the burger! It was a standard burger, nothing special about it, could of made a tastier one myself to be honest. Can’t fault the staff for customer service but the food was awful and I won’t be eating from either of your restaurants again.

Avoid this place at all costs - food was poor, cold and I got totally wrong order ; have kept calling them to complain and ask for money back as never got what I paid for but still being ignored and manager never calling me - this place is a rip off and doesn’t care about customers; maybe they will take notice if I post here as my calls are all being ignored

We ordered burgers from their Just Eat app, it stated that it would come with drinks and fries for £8.69. We order about £38 worth of food. Then receive a call saying we need to pay £7 something extra for 2 fries and 2 drinks and that their menu on Just Eat is wrong. After a stressful argument, we requested refund. They were rude and their costumer service is absolutely shit. They caused the inconvenience, stress and bad service and expected us to pay more! £8.69 for a single burger! Piss take really. Will never go around this place ever again, they lost 3 potential regular costumers.

Ordered online, was painless and intuitive. Quoted 65min delivery. It arrived in half that, that's where the good stopped. Had item missing from order, granted when I rang them they said they would refund the cost of it and add extra points to my account (wont hold my breath). Hash brown was soft and moist and not crispy. Handmade rosemary salt fries were tasteless, soggy and obviously not fresh. The burger had no texture to it as there was way to much sauce in it that made the rest of the burger pointless (Southern Beast) The beef was undercooked and still pink in the middle. All in all a very expensive waste, still yet to find a decent Burger place after Uncle Sams took a nose dive in quality. ORD23830

After my friend posted that review, Smoque Burgers replied in comment section saying they offered us 50% off, which is a complete lie. They did NOT offer us anything, they lied online in order to look good in front of people. Also after hanging up with them, someone from Just Eat called to check the address and while we had asked for refund which they agreed to. Their mistakes aside, arguments aside, us being cooperative and sending them screenshots of our receipt and their wrong menu aside, asking for refund and not getting it, lying online takes the cake! For the sake of good costumer service you shouldn’t have done half the things you tonight did. Absolutely horrible.
