We stopped by here after a little walk along the sea front. Prices aren't cheap here we paid £21.90 or something for one cod and chips and one fishcake and chips you also pay extra to sit in and eat so just a heads up with that. Place was quite clean and staff were constantly cleaning up tables and the floor of sand. Despite the high price we paid the chips I ate are probably the best I've ever had to be honest definitely would recommend. Lovely seating outside sadly not enough room for more but it's a great little chip shop 😀
Very well presented chip shop. A little expensive but I expect they need to be to cover the running costs. Friendly staff. Chips were nice, curry sauce very small. They do have a pop up ice cream shop/slushy shop out the front which most kids will love.
Friendly staff, lots of happy customers dining in a nice environment. The food was very enjoyable, one of the best fish and chips I’ve had. A bit pricey, with not many ‘meal deals’ available, but worth it.
Stopped off in Burnham-on-sea, popped into the chippy to see that they have a gluten-free menu, I bought gf sausage in batter with chips, it was lish, would definitely recommend this chippy for Coeliacs & people who have gluten issues
They also do a veggie menu
Ate here last Sunday (3/9/23). Had a table outside. Ordered inside and had a very little wait before our food was brought out to us. Excellent service and excellent food, would definitely eat there again ☺️.
Friend +myself visited Wednesday 30/8/23 Very clean,lovely friendly staff. Both of us had the o.a.p deal.F/C/mushy peas+tea. Best fish and chips we've had in years. Just right size portion,not to much batter on fish and not fatty or greasy-really nice. Plates completely clean after. Will certainly go in again if we're able to get to Burnham-on-sea.
Went to the esplanade fish bar for tea to eat in whilst staying in Burnham on sea, was welcomed as soon as we walked through the door, very friendly staff who look after you. We had fish, chips and a bread roll. Was absolutely delicious and cooked fresh so was nice and hot, staff continue to look after you throughout your meal to check you and your food are okay. Would definitely go here again when in Burnham and would highly recommend, thank you esplanade fish bar.
Best fish chips and roe iv had in years freshly cooked while you wait .Staff was very polite and helpful has my daughter Gluten free
We stopped to have late night ice cream. Rob was so accommodating, despite being about to close. His customer service was excellent and the ice cream, delicious 🤤 Will definitely return

Have come here for food many times and love it here. Used takeaway and dined in. Amazing as they’re gluten free and situated in the best possible place right on the promenade.
