Banny's Fish & Chip Drive Thru - Burnley - Photo album

Went here because the reviews mentioned gluten-free (thank you!). The staff were very knowledgeable about what I could eat. Service was great. They also provided gf vinegar, which was a nice touch as most only have malt vinegar. This is the best gluten-free battered fish I've had. My companion LOVE
We have been here before and gone through the drive- through but thought this time we will sit in and eat as a family as we all agreed on fish and chips.. the peas and the chips were very tasty as well as the fish I just thought a tad dear but it all adds up in the end. My partner got the KFC coated
This place is unreal! We had the tikka fish and chips which were so tasty. The portion is huge and very good value for money. I wish there was one closer to Manchester.
Excellent food, fast service. We ate inside and there were plenty of seats available. Would definitely visit again.
Lovely clean restuatant. Friendly helpful staff. I had haddock and chips which was lovely but rather oily. Not bad enough to complain but it should have been drained a bit better. All in all it was a decent meal
This is an update to previous reviews. We went late recently (just before the kitchen closed) - staff had to go home but they didn't make us feel like they wanted us out. They cleaned around us whilst we finished off our meal; we also tried our best to make sure we didnt take advantage and didn't w
Was good fish and chips as it should be
Absolutely loved it. Staff were helpful pleasant. Eating bays were clean. Just sat down when the buzzer went to collect food. Food was delicious certainly worth the drive over. Will definitely be going again ❤️
One off the last places I visited in 2022 was @bannys. Another one that had been on my list a long time, I visited the branch in Burnley 📍 Trafalgar St, Burnley BB11 1TQ .. they also have another branch in Colne - the Burnley one also had a drive through and indoor seating however Colne only has ind
Lovely fish n chips cooked fresh. Gravy and peas also very nice. Visited just before closing and the food tasted as good as going in the afternoon. Service takes less than 10min.
Trying something different, tikka fish and chips. Was ok. You get two pieces of fish. The fish was ok but the batter was too overcooked. The end could not be cut with plastic knife. I like the veg you get with the chips. Chips were ok. Drive thru experience was ok but don't expect it to be fast
Heard from a lot of people about Banny’s famous fish and chips so went to give a try for myself. The fish was very nice and crispy and so were the chips. Portion size was also very good. The spicy option with chillies is the one I got and it went down quite well!
Most of the time.. places don’t live up to the hype but Bannys absolutely does. It was worth a 40min trip from Manchester. I had the Tikka Fish and Chips (and make sure you get the curry sauce on the side!!) I poured the sauce over and OMG this was real soul food. Will be back for sure!
Thoroughly enjoyed the tikka fish and salt and pepper chips, what a nice change it made. Also we had a regular haddock which was also very nice. Lovely food and portion size, worth the money.
A weekly trip is always lovely! Very accessible, with huge portions and great talkative staff. Can recommend for your chippy tea on a Friday with unique menu items that you can only get there.
