Great restaurant. Mixed grill on Wednesday is AMAZING! My favorite is their Scampi and chips! Delicious doesn’t describe food here enough! Sunday lunches are 12/10! Ha ha!
We go to the Hobson for meals on a regular basis and have done for a number of years. The staff are great and friendly. The food is fabulous and great value. I can't say which is our favourite meal as we have tried just about everything on the nenu and they have all been lovely. Love the fact that

You just sit down straight away. Order drinks and food at the bar and it's brought to you. Service was great. Food was lovely and only waited 15mins for starter and the main came 5mins after. Will definately go again. The only gripe was that I was too full for a dessert.
Booked up for a Friday night. 4 of us all had great meals. Honestly, I do not know how they produce such good food and good-sized portions for the price. Some of our main courses were only £7.95 It was so good we booked while there for the next Friday night.

The food is consistently lovely. 7.95 for 2 courses. Steak pie chips with separate portion of veg. Pie was like 2lb of meat !!!! Delicious
Pud was lemon cake and custard but theres more to choose from. Lovely staff too definitely our new go to place
