Really lovely spot in the heart of Burscough. Eden triples up as a brunch/lunch spot, restaurant, and bar, and we visited for the former part to try it out for brunch on a rainy Saturday.
The food was really fantastic. I really can't fault a single part as it was all high quality, well prepared, and well presented. Portion sizes were perfect and prices were in keeping with the local area.
The coffee was really tasty, but unfortunately there was no latte art. It's a shame as that is the only thing stopping it from being a perfect spot to stop for coffee.
Service was friendly and attentive. There was a mix up with which coffees were decaf (lattes) and which were caffeinated (flat whites), which luckily we spotted and questioned, but that's not great given one of the decaf drinkers was pregnant. Other than that, the service was very good throughout.
The furnishing and decor is nice inside, with outdoor seating too (albeit on a road) for when the weather is nice.
Highchairs were available, and although there's no parking on site there is plenty at the local Tesco which is only a short walk away.

If you want great food then this is the place!!! Lovely setting, brilliant staff and the food is possibly some of the finest in the area. Tapas style menu with a great selection and variety. We had Thai curry, BBQ ribs, Jamaica Jerk Swordfish and Sizzling Surf & Turf (which was a special on the day). We couldn’t fault any of it and cooked to perfection. The staff are so friendly which made for a perfect evening - so much so we was meant to move onto a another venue for drinks but ended up staying here till close. 100% would recommend Eden Bistro! Cannot wait to return to try the breakfast which I am hearing is the best in the area. UPDATE - we tried the breakfast omg it's the best in the area!!!!
Excellent food. Staff are really friendly. Massive choice, even for vegetarians and literally everything I tried was good. The sweet potato taco was especially good, but you really can't go wrong with anything.
Went for breakfast a separate time. Had the shrooms and veggie breakfast. Both were excellent. Especially the sweet potatoes on the veggie breakfast, they know what they are doing with sweet potatoes!
Called in with a few cycling friends for some Brunch, food was excellent and good portion sizes. We will definitely be using it again and would recommend to family & friends and anyone in the area to pay a visit.
Update 13-08-23
Called in with my partner to meet a cycling friend for a catch-up. Yet again, the food was excellent, and the portion sizes are very generous. I had the Shrooms, and my partner chose the Smashed Avacado (as seen in the photos).
People come from miles away to this restaurant. You will never have a bad meal. Highly recommended and great value for money.
I will upload more pictures as I've loads on my cloud storage.

Small plates menu with lots of interesting dishes. The cauliflower and broccoli starters are a revelation! Would also recommend the scallops and the mushrooms in paprika mains. The staff are always welcoming and the service is excellent. Good value too.
Great food, cosy atmosphere and friendly staff! We had 4 small plates plus 2 sides (not as small as other places) and they were all delicious! Highly recommend and will definitely come back! Thank you for a great evening!
Absolutely Outstanding Service with impeccable Food love the Sunday dinners from here very tasty and the atmosphere is peaceful with chilled vibes would definitely recommend coming here especially for the Sunday Dinner.
Wonderful night out. Food excellent, good choice of drinks, friendly,helpful staff. 2 plates and a starter is plenty, 3 plates if you're really hungry. Well worth a visit.
I've had the full English twice now and it certainly hasn't disappointed me. The boiled eggs and soldiers also looked rather nice. Service was quick enough, prices reasonable and staff pleasant. Haven't yet had anything off the lunch menu, but that only starts from 1pm.
Loved it. The food was incredible. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious. We will definitely be going again. Given 2 of our party were vegetarian (one also gluten free!) we were bowled over by the amount of choices they had too!
Went for breakfast this morning with a friend..what a delightful experience. We had the pancakes with fruit and a choice of honey or maple syrup . Fruit was perfect and so fresh not the usual frozen. Will certainly be going again.
Arguably the best Breakfast you could ever get. Quality ingredients cooked perfectly and served with a smile and attention.
However. The establishment never use social media to inform when closed. 4 times in around 8 months it was closed when advertised as open.
We travel 5 miles to visit. A little more forethought guys but please keep doing what you're doing.

My daughter booked a table for us during the Christmas break. All the food was excellent, from the starters to the main and just enough room for a shared dessert everything tasted sooo good!!
Would definitely visit again!!!
The only minor negative were the chips described as shoe string fries were normal chips….. but not going to hold it against them…

Very friendly staff, attentive and polite. Food was very tasty we ordered about 8-9 different dishes they were all very tasty a brought to the table hot. My mum was particularly pleased that they did a decent french brandy coffee 👍 food arrived quickly. We were advised as it's tapas the food would come out as its ready. The service was quick too. Really enjoyed it and would definitely go back 👍👍👍👍👍👍
