Review Albani Spice - Burslem

Michael Holt
It is not called albani spice any more but i cannot and do not want to remember the name now. I went with a group of 12 and we were the only people in the resteraunt. They served warm beer and when asked for a colder beer they took the pint and put ice in it. They took over half an hour to sort the mains out...which they got wrong as well as the side orders. I would not have minded but we were the only people in the resteraunt so i was genuinely gutted when it took so long and forgetting orders. The customer service was shocking. There was about 6 members of staff working that evening and at one point we could have served ourselves warm beer as no one was at the counter. When asked if i had enjoyed my evening...i said no...he told me to chill. Which was rude and a bit offensive based on the temperature of the beer. I hope this review stays on but like most curry houses they have choice of which stay on or not and will no doubt delete this one. A couple came in after us and i wanted to warn them of the shoddy meal and service but my fellow party members asked me to leave it. I have never left a review before but it was that bad of an experience i can only hope this deters people from going here and taking their business elsewhere
