Went to Starbucks for a coffee. I was served by Livvy. The drink was made how I wanted and she gave me a service with a smile. Definitely recommend this Starbucks. Great selection of food, cakes and drinks. Quick and easy service

I recently visited your store on my way to Leeds and met the lovely Taya who I found out also goes there often! She was so friendly and her service was impeccable. She was a great representation of excellent customer service- will definitely be popping in again.

I came in through the drive-thru a couple of days ago and had the most lovely experience. The girl who greeted me was so helpful with her allergy advice as I have very specific allergies and she went the extra mile to assist me. Taya is an amazing asset to the team!
