We've been to Cheers numerous times and it's a great experience if you love meat, and they do have other options/dishes if you don't. Staff are always super friendly and welcoming. Do book ahead as it can get busy. Highly recommend the garlic prawns (unless you've got a meeting or visiting your dentist the next day!).

It’s just a little spot, but it’s a steakhouse! We ordered the Cheers steak, I chose medium well, and its absolutely bang for the buck!Customer service is great, food is impeccable! Though I was asking for a wine sauce for the steak or any other steak sauce, but no other option than mushroom sauce; above all it’s smashing! Gin and Tonic is okay but just too much ice, forgot to tell them to be easy on the ice.

went with a couple of friends. service was amazing, waiters would top you up on drinks or any food usually less than a minute after you ran out. the steaks aren’t high quality but they’re still tasty. very enjoyable evening and will return again.

Aug 2023 A last supper before taking eldest son back to uni tomorrow. Reasonably busy for a Thursday evening but easy enough to get booked in. The atmosphere was good and the service couldn't be faulted. Quickly seated and regular attention at the table. Went for the "all you can eat" steak option for just over £30 per head. Reasonable steak, but not always the best. Often quite gristly, but it does keep coming if you keep eating. Cooking on a hot stone on your table is fun and adds to the sociable nature of the restaurant. Have been before and will come again.

We book it Friday night for last minute and we have a table in 30 min. The service is very good we sit upstairs. The only I'm disappointed is the fries its quite oily. The chairs is not that comfortable my partner keep slipping 😂.... Love there Sangria 🍷. The prawns are in good size and delicious also the beef. Will be back soon actually for Christmas party.

Always a must when in BSE! Good fun and you will come out totally full! To say something bad, probably they should improve a bit the ventilation of the restaurant as it gets quite smoky sometimes, but totally recommended.

Had a really good lunch today as a family. Staff were very attentive and generous with portions / extras. Such as lots of rump steak and fries! Definitely go again!

Fantastic restaurant. Had a great afternoon here. We went got set menu 2 which included big shell on prawns (cold), olives, hot mussels out of the shells and cooked chorizo sausage and warm bread, followed by as much steak as you like accompanied by fries, rice, delicious beans, coleslaw. And drinks even included. The house white was nice and the sangria fantastic. Staff are really friendly and keep offering you more food, including starters. Really make you feel welcome. We will return! Thanks Cheers!

Great eating experience...would thoroughly recommend eating here for sure. The steak is great 👌The only thing that lets it down is the cheap and nasty little sauce sachets you get when you ask for mayo mustard, vinegar for example. They provide the cheapest service station style sachets! Really!? I would scrap your black bean side dish and instead provide decent sauces in small dishes including the various mustard options.
