Popped in for brunch on a Monday....We had the "Builders" breakfast, I think it was called, which was very good, but we saw many other great looking dishes coming out while we were there, too....Coffee and tea, were also very good.

Have been going here since it was a small deli. Good food and their new restaurant is spacious and well decorated. The service was usually good but can get very busy so you might have to wait. A good place for food in Bury St Edmunds.
Great menu which encouraged me to try something new as each dish was explained well.

I was seated quickly upon entering (Reserved a table but there was only 1 other table filled) and given the menu, it took about 5-7 minutes for the server to ask for my drink order, ordered food at the same time and was told the all day brunch menu does not start until midday (name is a little misle
Stunning food, really really delicious. Great presentation. So many flavours. Drinks a little pricey (soft drinks meaning) but its a minor really. Had Pain Perdu and hash browns, which were stunning!
I have been hearing amazing things about this restaurant and finally decided to try it out. Man am I upset I didn't go earlier. We got the gastrono-me hash and the salmon scramble. Both were delicious with massive portions, but the hash was mind blowing with how much rich flavor was packed into that
Delicious food and very fast service! The portions were slightly smaller than expected for their price (hence the 4 stars), but we definitely couldn't have eaten any more as they were very filling! We had a really great lunch at ski themed Gastrono-me. I had the tartiflette sharer myself with a side salad and it was fantastic. Music not too loud, nice ambience, spot on service. Reasonable value too, recommended
Great place for dinner on a Saturday night. The cheese burger taco was brilliant with the lava fries. Great atmosphere and great service.
This was my second visit to Gastrono-me. My first wasn’t the best (Cambridge) but this time around I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and price (Bury) portions were huge so order sparingly.

Food is incredible, portions are huge. We'd recommend the sharing tortilla chips, the korrito, the gastronome burger and the house fries. What a beautiful place to spend an evening.
Whew! Such good food. The staff were all super friendly and polite. The food came out quick, looking amazing, and tasted great. Portion sizes are rather hefty as well. This is a great little spot to stop for some food!
Very nice setting and extremely busy. We had the potato and chorizo hash which was a huge size and very tasty. If you are ever passing Bury St Edmunds then it is well worth stopping here.
Really good atmosphere. A slow start on service as it took a little while to get their attention but they 100% made up for it when they took our order and it was spot on after that. Really lovely & friendly team and even our dog was welcome.
