Very helpful member of staff when I asked about the chips being vegan friendly. Lovely chips ! Will definitely go back
It seems to have changed since I tried it over a year ago. Very generous portions now. Batter is thin which is exactly how I like it, chips are tasty, curry sauce is perfect. Best fish and chips we've had in a long time!
You really do get value for money in here. The portions are very generous. I've had fish and chips here several times and the fish has always been big. Lots of chips too. The only thing I would say is i'd like to see something about the taste of their chips ect to be a bit different. A lot of the ch
Friendly staff and cooked to order when quiet. 12 pieces of Scampi for £5.70 and a little extra for Chips.. £1.40 for a cone, £2.40 for Med and £3.00 for Large can't complain.
Portions are bigger that average for most chippie's in the town, cheap in comparrison too. Always taste good & fresh not left from lunchtime & re-heated like some! Cod is best I've ever had, humongous. Good curry sauce too.
Love the size of the fish, but seems really greasy compared to other chippys. I will say I do prefer to buy from here than other chip shops because I find the portions are bigger. 4 🌟
Really enjoyed our fish n chips thank you!! Nice treat and nice to have in chip paper. Sat in the car and ate them looking at the Christmas tree near abbey gardens. Just right!
Very friendly staff, nice chips and not badly priced either. Happy customer and will continue to use this chippy 👍
Without doubt the best fish and chips in town The fish is always fresh and the chips are cooked just right, never fails to impress. Enjoy!
One of the few chippies that remained open during lockdown and we're glad we tried them because they were better than our usual chippie and we'll carry on using them even when lockdown is over! 😁
