The Station - Bury St Edmunds - Photo album

Had a lovely lunch at the newly remodeled, re-named, and under new ownership The Linden Tree. We opted for the chorizo, steak, truffle chips, and greek salad tapas (small plates). We loved that we could try multiple menu items at a reasonable price. I highly disagree that it is overpriced for the qu
Very nice gastropub/ restaurant. Lovely outdoor garden area for when the weather is nice but a really pleasent restaurant area complete with conservatory. Not an extensive menu choice which let's you focus on the choices that are available. Staff very friendly and attentive. The prices are reasonabl
Such a great place to go for food and drinks. Me and my friend enjoyed time out. Food was outstanding and waitress (man) was brilliant with cocktails. He provided service brilliantly. Definitely place to return. Still lots of food to explore. Highly recommend this place.

We ate at the Linden tree today, for a roast for 3 people. The service was exemplary, the food was excellent, nothing was too much bother, we were offered extra veg & we asked for extra gravy. This will definitely be a regular eatery for me now. I cannot rate it highly enough!!
The food was fantastic. Good choice and excellently cooked. The place looks great inside and there is a good sized space outside with several tables and umbrellas. I can't wait to go back
We went to the Linden Tree last Wednesday 4th May 2022 for a work meal. There were 10 of us and the food and service were absolutely amazing. Great atmosphere with a good selection of music playing softly in the background. Thank you so much Vikki and the team, I will definitely be returning with bo
Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Easily the best Fry Up in Town. Perfect
Quality of food very good. Range of dishes limited especially as many are for sharing and some of us are not very good at this!! Sticky toffee pudding was light and yummy. Staff warm and friendly. Venue great.
The steaks are to die for, had a couple now, and will certainly be having more. The rest of the menu looks great too, but yet to try anything. The beer is reasonably priced, the staff are all extra friendly and helpful, although I do have a favourite. Keep the great work up.
The restaurant was clean and on this sunny day, the garden was beautiful. All the fried food was perfectly cooked. Who knew that chicken wings could be juicy? The onion rings were crispy, and I could take a bite out of it without pulling out the onion from the breading.
