Today my first time in Bury At Edmunds for an appointment. Called in Costa for a coffee plus had to ask for directions. OMG staff so helpful. One young man he knows who he is went all out to help me. You know what you're going to get from a Costa, a decent coffee at a premium price! But it does taste good.
Also had a hot panini but this was no better than what you can get from a supermarket or other high street fast food outlet

Very busy on a Saturday morning but the service was slick and friendly, the staff kept up with clearing tables as well as keeping the queue moving.
