Pizza is always good from here.
Delivery driver is an awesome dude who's delivered to me a couple times now. Both times he's been super friendly. I tried to leave a tip but the TiPJAR service won't stop loading, so I thought I review would be the least I could do
Food was good quick service moderatly priced
Cracking dairy free options. Haven't enjoyed a pizza since giving birth 8 months ago. Had a cheese less papa John's, complete game changer. Amazing packaging. Great options. Super impressed, just expensive but no more than dominos etc
First time using Papa John's in Bury St Edmunds and was very pleased.
The pizza was delicious and very good quality and a bonus was that the woman who delivered our pizzas was very friendly which is rare for deliver drivers nowadays.
I had an issue this evening with my order (the order didn't go through)
I rang up Papa Johns and spoke to Isabella who was absolutely amazing! Lovely customer service and got it all sorted for me

Great pizzas and they have a gluten free range with a decent base and actually a decent size unlike other places. My first go to when I want pizza.

I prefer this particular store over other local ones as their customer service is far friendlier.....worth the extra milage for me!
Loved the vegan pizza, probably the best vegan pizza I've ever had. Rather overpriced though
