Asked if we could sit on the patio and they said yes. They also had told us to order from a kiosk outside which there was none. Then a confusion of our glasses of water were given to the wrong table. When the food came out it looked better …

Unfortunately after eating there recently I wouldn't recommend, on arrival we picked an outside table after sitting there for a while. I caught the attention of a member of staff who told us where to find menus and how to place an order …

Been west ivy twice now and both times the food didn’t disappoint. My favourite is the hot honey fried chicken flatbread pizza and mocktails are quite nice. Staff are friendly and service is good. Both times we were served by Lucy, she was lovely!

Amazing service, food and drinks. Fully appreciate the friendly staff but last night we were served by Jack, holly and dora. They made it an amazing experience, it's always nice to come here.
