Was totally full which was a good sign. Offered a tiny coffee table to eat from .. not really fitting for a sit down meal. Maybe loose some of those lounge seats and get more dining tables. Ordered from the app - took literally 30mins from the time I hit pay. Acceptable - it was busy but they brought our drinks pretty quick. When the food arrived it was good. Everything looked great. Taste - yeah, yeah. Not bad but not exactly breath taking either, just a good wholesome meal which didn't cost the earth, actually it was pretty reasonable. Since being served food we didn't see staff after that, not even if everything was ok question. We did not pre tip when paying the bill - is this the reason?? Would we come back again? Probably, it was ok .. filled us up 3rd visit - speed of food delivery was improved but food the same, excellent value for money and filled us up again. All day breakfast in a trendy nice environment, what more can you ask for?

This is one of the pubs in the Lounge chain. Great atmosphere, decor & tasty well priced food. Efficient, friendly staff. They have a separate vegan menu with a number of tasty options - I chose the vegan BLT and my girlfriend chose the avocado toast. Polished off with a vegan cake. It was a bank holiday and was quite busy... still we didn't book and a table was free when we arrived. Definitely worth a visit!!

Will definitely be coming here again when I'm in the area. I got the Smokey Joe burger and it was lovely! Best burger I've had in ages! I had a pink lemonade as a drink and it was very refreshing. The staff are always friendly whenever we come and the kids meals are very reasonable.

Visited here recently for the first time and I'm delighted that I did. It's such a wonderful place on entering, very quirky and original. The decor is amazing and ensures a feeling of welcoming and excitement. The walls are adorned with a variety of paintings and pictures, and every table is uniquely decorated artistically. It's not like anywhere I can remember visiting previously. Within seconds of finding our table, a member of staff was walking over with menus, including a child's menu which had a scene to colour in and crayons - a really nice touch. We ordered lunch and for any vegetarians out there, the Miami brunch was stunning both visually and in taste. I've never even heard of it let alone eaten it, but when it arrived it was an array of colours and tastes all in one bowl - absolutely delicious. There was lots of other vegetarian and vegan dishes to select from too. My partner had a fish finger butty and said that it was also fantastic. The kids' menu is pretty much the usual fare, but includes a drink and a very welcome healthy starter with carrot and bread sticks and hummus. Our food and drinks, including a lovely, frothy, cappuccino were very competitively priced and very good value. The staff were all very friendly and we felt valued during our stay. I would heartily recommend a visit whether with friends or family, including children. I dont visit Bury often, but i know where there is a lovely little corner of it now, for a delicious meal in a delightful setting. Highly recommended.

A highlight of Bury town centre, clean, modern antique chic interior and innovative menu. Staff always attentive and friendly. Wife and I go to Racconto every time we go into Bury even if we just have a coffee. We always sit in one of the window seating areas. Recommend burgers, breakfasts and fresh fruit juices. Never been disappointed. 5/5.

Absolutely love it here, the food is amazing (especially the tapas and churros), the staff are so friendly and know what they're doing when it comes to dietary requirements and the place itself is just so welcoming. The interior is rather vintage (contrasting the modern exterior) with hundreds of pieces of artwork on the wall to look at and theres music playing in the background. Can get busy at times so recommend booking

I love the fact that when I decide to move across the UK no matter where Bristol, Newquay, Swindon or Manchester you are, guys, there 💜 Love that every eatery is unique, very similar and won't find paintings to be repeated. Every visit is like the first time. The staff are kind and open-hearted, every time. My favourite part is that I can feel even more relaxed, make orders at the table and take as much time as I need. Fair prices. Fooood is delicious and a big choice that suits any mood. The one in Bury is so airy, spacious and light. Play area. Food bank donation area. That's cool. If open vacancies would love to join the team and bring more love, and kindness to the world. Thank you for my breakfast in the late afternoon 💜

We came for my daughters 18th birthday meal as a party of 19! The staff, atmosphere and food were amazing! The whole party commented on what a great time they'd time had and how much they enjoyed their food. Taylor was outstanding and made sure we had everything we needed so that the night ran smoothly, including hiding the cake until it was time to bring it out. I would highly recommend Racconto Lounge and will be dining here again. Thank you to all staff for making my daughters birthday such a special night.

Great food. Plenty of vegan choice if that's your thing, it all tastes great. Staff are actually really friendly and don't bother you constantly while you've got a mouth full. It is busy saddly but I'd expect that, it's a good place to eat. I'd recommend
