Such a great place for plants, delicious fresh food and possibly the best pies I’ve ever had! Regularly come here and would highly recommend.

Lovely restaurant, all food grown on premises. Fresh vegetables, pies and cakes. All made on the premises. Gift section and rather nice garden centre. Well worth a visit

If you like traditional home cooked food, you probably can’t go far wrong than here. Keenly priced, nice portion sizes and good service. Be warned though… make sure you leave space for desert - they’re amazing! I can recommend the apple and apricot crumble!

Staff were very pleasant, polite and helpful. Toilets were clean and well equipped. The cafe itself was a little untidy, large pile of boxes near the doorway. The cafe is not dog friendly, but there is an outdoor seating area where you can sit with a dog, including a large table under a marquee. There is also a children's play area. There is disabled parking and disabled access to both the cafe and outdoor seating. The prices are a little expensive but the food was mainly lovely. Ice cream is amazing, but the cones were a little soft, maybe need to be kept in an air tight container. We sat outside as we had a dog with us and the table had not been cleaned. Would definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area.

Came here with my wife for breakfast. Lovely food and excellent and friendly service. Tea out of a proper cup and hot water offered to top up my teapot ...... how tearooms should be. Well done and keep it up.

We ordered catering from here for my Nana's 90th birthday last year and it was fabulous. Everything was delicious and there was more than enough to feed everyone. The service we received was great too. We would definitely recommend and use them again for another party! Thank you!

This has become one of our favourite spots to lunch out on a nice day. The food is always superb, and it's lovely to be able to sit out and let the kids play until it's ready. It looks like there is some attempt at increasing the play options for little people, with a small road section, but unfortunately, most of the vehicles provided for play in this section have seen better days. This wouldn't put me off though, as we definitely come here for the food 🤣

All it missed was Julie Walters coming up to take my order. Seriously, it's a quaint old fashioned cafe serving lovely food. Lots of options and lovely attentive staff. Together with the garden centre and good/gift shop it's an ideal place for us oldies to go to. Recommended.
