Lovely local pub.
Great food, good atmosphere, friendly staff.
Would definitely recommend.
Dog friendly inside too which is a win for us.

The is a true British pub (not many of these left). The food is truly fantastic. My favourite is the big mix grill. Great service and a lovely, friendly atmosphere. Dogs a very welcome.

Lovely old worldly feeling pub serving a selection of beers as well as food, with a friendly atmosphere.Set in Burrs County park with great views from the beer garden . The service was good and friendly . We only had a snack ( bury black pudding stack). It was well presented and tasty great and was good value for money
