First review, but been having a takeaway at least once a month, from taste of india for the last 6 months if not longer. Every meal has been exceptional. The delivery time is amazing, they have always deelivered quicker than advertised, the food is the best, you would not be disappointed. Can not recommend them enough. Added bonus the app is so easy to use and you can earn loyalty points.

I have used this place for months now for kebabs, tonight I thought it’s time I tried something else, so trying to impress my wife of 30 years (as anyone in my position knows isn’t easy) I went in the deep end got a set meal for two, oh my god it was outstanding absolutely everything was cooked to perfection, thank you taste of India I live to fight another day because it was soooo good

Ordered a set meal takeaway they changed lamb Rogan Josh to Lamb Madras for free as it was our first order normally a £1.50 charge . We ordered an extra Pillau Rice for £2.25 as the set meal for 2 only comes with rice for one person although it comes with a Nann Bread but if you both like rice not enough to share . Poppadoms and dips chuckneys were good . The Onion Bargi and salad were lovely and fresh . The little pressed Lamb skewers were tasty nicely spiced . Chicken Tikka Massala my Wife said was quite nice . Lamb Madras was ok but did not had any depth of flavour just heat I did not get that full rich tomato based flavour with a hint of lemon offset by balance of ground red chillies and spice mix that I have had elsewhere left me slightly disappointed . Overall not bad but considering it was £26.25 +£1.00 delivery I was expecting it to be perfect . Probably would order from again , but would drive over and order as I am only a few minutes away and would want to discuss exactly how the curries are made up otherwise if it's not right I might as well make it myself however the point of takeaway is not having to cook
