I tried it for the first time tonight … very clean place .. both staff members were polite and professional .. had freshly made pea fritters absolutely beautiful and which are very hard to find in a chippy .. all my food was hot and delicious .. will definitely be going back

Very friendly and welcoming owner's/staff serving. As I have two hyperactive boy's. And made to feel comfortable. Unlike a lot of shops, takeaways etc look down at you, or given dirty looks tuts, if kids are being hyper, the saying kids should be seen not heard. Is a lot of small businesses.
Seriously the best chippy in Bury and my favourite for miles. Amazing staff who are really friendly and polite. Cards taken contact less if needed. The prices for the food are great and the food is just excellent. I absolutely love the fish and chips from here and I have tried many places.
They also have a sandwich shop inside for those that want something else and although I rarely venture as I just love the chips, it is also great.
For those in the fence, give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Great chippy and great Fish and Chips, can't beat it. Always tastes lovely and never fails to please. It's always busy and the owners work very hard and quick to get through the customers. You won't be disappointed.

This is the best chip shop in Bury by far.....fish is freshly cooked to order and the batter is always cooked to perfection. Portion sizes are big and chips are tasty. Always busy but that shows they are doing something right. Reasonably priced too .

The best fish and chips you can get round bury. Great value for money and always really nice fresh fish. Don't ever go to any other chippy as it's nowhere near the same quality.
This is the second time i have visited the chippy once again it did,nt fail to impress. The portions are unbeatable, thechips probably are debatable personally i like them some might dissagree.

Always decent food and good size portions.
Some have said cthey could do with more serving at busy times - but it's not really possible, no room! Like many end terraces in Bury the gable end is at an angle. They built odd shaped houses rather than square houses with odd shaped gardens back 120 or so years ago!
