Belmont Diner

Food was good! The reason for the 3 star review is that I am confused that when I asked for sausage I was charged 4:25 which I am fine about. But when we ordered the breakfast burrito without the meat we where charge full price. How does this work? Should you have not given us a lower price? But like I said the food was good!

Pleasantly surprised to be introduced to this spot. My husband and I have frequented Galaxie Diner since we began dating, but only recently is the first time he introduced me to its sister restaurant here. The food is just as tasty as Galaxie and you can still feel the Myhre charm and love. Can't wait to come back for more of the yummy bottomless hashbrowns!

What a great place for a laid-back brunch. The food is plentiful and is basically cooked in from of you as it's a nice small quaint restaurant. There was a short wait for us to get in at 1pm. I and sure breakfast time is very busy but we'll with the wait. The menu is really good with lots of yummy sounding options. I will be back!

We went to the Belmont Diner for the first time this weekend, and it was definitely worth the hype! The atmosphere is very cozy and retro which is very fun and of course fitting for a diner. We went on a Sunday afternoon and even with the expected brunch rush the wait time still felt very quick compared to some of the other options in Calgary, and they have a cozy waiting area outside! The food was delicious, and was served to us very quickly, assisting in the quick turnover rate. Our server Halley was a delight and made sure all of our food modifications were followed. And the other server/hostess Kate also make a point to check in on us and make sure that we had everything we needed! It's always great to see a team that supports each other during their busy hours. Definitely give this local restaurant a visit when you're craving some amazing, fresh breakfast food!
