There are severe problems with this restaurant. 1. The entire service is self-oriented by customers. The customers have to get their own chopsticks, spoons, and their meals when the bell provided to you rings. 2. There is an option for tipping in the machines. Although on the paying machine there's the option to press 'No Tip' the very fact that there are other options, especially as the first option, the dollar or percentage based tips when everything is self oriented is not ethical. 3. The taste is not great. The broth has the scent of a cheap broth powder you can get from any Chinese supermarket. 4. The volume of food is so low for the price. You can go to another pho nearby and for the same price you can get a lot more. 4. The bowls and plates that the food comes in are single use plastic containers you get when you order delivery. 5. The water is not free. I asked for a cup of water, they give me a bottled nestle purelife water and charges me without telling me that it will cost money. They charge you about $1.80 per bottle. Overall: there are so many other pho restaurants that can provide better food in non-plastic bowls/plates, at a cheaper or similar pricing. When I brought this up to the owners, the only argument that they gave was that they could barely survive from only takeout service for the last 2 years. And that they don't even have cups for water anymore. If the restaurant can't even afford to provide normal bowls at a restaurant, I don't think the business should have even opened for in-person service in the first place. This is the same quality you would see in a school cafeteria, and if that was the goal, you have achieved it.

Best salad rolls in town, I make a special trip here just to order them. I realize that it is not ideal to serve yourself but it's a shame to penalize a restaurant that is trying to keep costs down. I always order a combo (vermicelli, chicken, beef and shrimp) and everywhere else I'm paying 17 to 18 dollars, this place 14.75 and I find this one is better quality with more meat and less vermicelli. Besides, I like having my to go doggie bag ready!

For the price you serve yourself. Pay before you order and they don’t have glasses of water. Only water bottles for an extra charge. I dined in and still use plastic bowls that don’t have room for enough broth, they don’t have the little glass saucers for your sauce (see from photo) and for some reason I had 4 huge slices of tomato’s in my sate pho see in photo. Didn’t come with sprouts mint or lime. Other Vietnamese restaurants are much better value and way better service

I was so disappointed when I got home and opened up my sub. Half of it is not even dressed with veggies. Instead of usual cilantro they put parsley in it.Usually the food and the service is excellent. I wonder if they hired a new chef.

First of all, this review is based on my experience from this restaurant about a month ago. I am a regular here and the food are always excellent. However, the front door of the restaurant is not wheelchair or stroller friendly. When asking the manager to bring my takeout outsides due to the unfriendly design of your restaurant . He hangup on me. Bad customer service. I will go to a vietnamese restaurant that's more friendly than this place. Good luck .

Was near by to try this place out. The place was empty when I arrived. No one was there to greet me. I walked towards the front and this lady was just standing there. Had to order at the front and had to pay upfront. There was no "no-tip" option, instead there was 3 choices: 15%, 20% and 30%. They give you a buzzer and when it buzzes you go and get your food up front like Mcdonalds. The prices are extremely high for the food quality and service. You essentially have to do everything yourself. They give your food on a tray and in plastic take out containers. Also I've never been to a vietnamese place where they don't give you water or tea. This was a horrible experience and will never come back. I understand things are tough during Covid times but this is not how you treat customers - first impression matters alot. These guys are digging their own graves.

I used to love this place. Now I'm telling everyone to not bother to not eat here. I didn't stop into a restaurant to eat take out. They charge 1.50$ for a bottle of water instead of offering a glass of water with your meal! The prices are way higher than they once were, and now they serve uour meal in plastic take out bowls that are half the size. Very disappointed. Take your business to a real restaurant.

It was so good, I had the well done brisket soup, very mild. My husband had the beef satay soup, spicy and delicious. Good amount for under 15.00. Friendly and clean!
