This is my husband and I's go to pho spot. Pho Chu The is our absolute favorite broth for pho, it's so flavorful. Plus we always ordered our favorite sides which is the deep fried wontons and deep fried spring rolls. The deep fried wontons are so crispy and the spring rolls are a classic must have. This is our consistent pho restaurant as the service is impeccable every time we stop by. Our water is always refilled and the staff members always check to see if we're doing okay. What makes this pho restaurant special compared to other pho places, is THE STAFF. Hands down, incredible service every single time. I would always come here with my husband when I was pregnant and now my little one is 1 years old and we bring her. The staff members still remember our faces and now get to share our favorite pho place with our little one. Will always be a fan of Pho Chu The!

Being Calgary born and raised I've had a lot of Vietnamese food in my life. This place is by far the best I've ever had, everything was top notch flavour and quality. I have no idea how I've tried so many different places over the years and never stumbled across this one. It will stand as my new baseline for quality in the future.

Tasty, authentic tasting pho. Clean flavours. The waiting staff is super nice as well. Price for the pho is a little bit on the pricey end. The spring rolls are also a little on the small end for the price you pay. Definitely satisfied my Vietnamese Pho craving! Will definitely recommend you come here atleast once to try it out!
