Review Over The Top Cornish Pasties - Callington

Ordered five pasties online, didn't realise they dispatch on a Thursday, cut a short story shorter they delivered a day earlier for my mum's 93rd birthday. Excellent customer service. And lovely pasties.

I am a true Cornishman now living in Twickenham. I ordered 10 steak pasties on line and they arrived nice and frozen as suggested. We ate two of them that evening and I was quite amazed that there was little sign of potato, swede (turnip) and onions in the contents. Loads of skirt meat which I know is expensive. This was more of a meat pie. Having said that, what we had was very tasty and enjoyed them but they did not have the authentic pasty taste through the lack of veg. Perhaps Pasty making is different in North Cornwall compared to south west Cornwall. I shall be ordering again but will suggest in the comments box to include more veg and less meat please. A merry christmas to you all.

Had a wonderful pasty from ott. Was warned it was hot. So drove to Kitt Hill and ate it in the sunshine. I was not disappointed. Juice and more meat than any other pasty I've ever had. Beauty

Terrible customer service!! Went in and asked for 4 steak pasties told they would be 5 mins out of the oven and then told that they'd sold out when went in to collect!!! Absolutely disgusting, not knowing what orders you have already vs the quantity. Basics in any business in my book. Response from Owner is disappointing, blaming Covid for not being able to find me when I was waiting outside for 5 minutes. There wasn't enough room to wait inside. Went into Callington Bakery and they had plenty of pasties, no cues and good service. Don't care how good your pasties are, poor service to a local firm is disappointing especially when you serve others and run out knowing someone is waiting.

First time visit to Over The Top Cornish Pasties, definitely not the last. The Steak and Cornish Blue was ... let's just say it didn't last long.. Thank you Over the top. See you soon.

Ordered 6 pasties to take to people I was training, there was a que when I arrived but was served quickly. The pasties went down a treat, loads of meat and very juicy, also very filling. Will be returning

Best pasties going in my opinion 10/10, from the pastry to the filling I can't fault them. Meat to veg mixed perfectly all wrapped in a golden crispy pastry ❤️

If I was to give feedback, it would be a little less pepper in the vegan one, but that's probably down to personal choice as I'm a right whimp when it comes to spicy food including peppery food. The pastry was to die for!! Can't wait to eat my frozen one! My friend said she'll be ordering some with my next order too. So I'll be in touch soon. My mum works in Albaston and has said she wants to order one also when she's working during Monday evening. She's vegan like me. � Thanks so so much for this amazing service you are providing. One of the best pasty I have eaten lovely family run business. Deliver to my garage at lunch every pasty lover needs to try one of these.

Finally got to sample one of these pasties and I can truly declare that it was the best pasty I have ever had. All ingredients are fresh, taste amazing and the pastry is perfect! Highly recommended (chicken bacon and leek sample but will be back for others!)

DELICIOUS! We have had several Over The Top Cornish pasties now and I’m officially hooked! They are consistently excellent with perfect pastry and the fillings are just the right balance of meat and veg. I love the traditional steak Cornish pasty, but tried a pork and cider one last week which was equally tasty. We have had these delivered to work before, and now that they have a shop in the centre of Callington, grabbing one for lunch has never been easier.

1st time we have used Over The Top Cornish Pasties today and we will certainly be using them again! 100% easy to order and delivered as promised.... scorching hot. Pastry and filling was delicious! We had the traditional Cornish this time. No complaints, highly recommend!

Beautiful, impressed, my only suggestion would be a sprinkling of water to make a bit of gravy inside just like my mother in law does. Highly recommend though.

Just had to test drive the Vegan pasty on my daughters behalf. Hats off to the pastry maker and a huge hoorah to the inventor of fillings! Probably one of the best pasty's that I have ever had......I am now fighting the urge to defrost the walnut vegan pasty ;)

Wow! Really yummy! I had a miners and loved having steak one end and the sweet the other, and my hubby had a king size traditional! And delivered to the door! Thank you, can't wait to order again!
