As usual in Costa, food and drinks fine, nothing special but pricey for what they are, would much prefer a Gails. The service however is atrocious, they don’t have enough staff, constantly have deliveroo drivers who make the line take at least half an hour. They need to hire more competent and reliable staff who work efficiently.

I’ve been here a few times and have enjoyed my experience. Today customer service was very good . The 2 ladies at the counter were friendly and worked really well together . They dealt with my order promptly and with a smile . Just like to pass on my thanks .

1st visit since lockdown restrictions have eased. Very clean, adhering to all guidelines so had a very relaxing coffee!
