Having eaten in the Rose and Crown twice this weekend after staying in the lovely cottage next door, I have to say the food was very tasty and exceptional value for money. I would definitely recommend to anybody that's looking for a delicious Sunday lunch with family and/or friends or a cosy evening meal. I'll definitely be returning!

We had a lovely lunch, there's a good variety of courses, all cooked fresh. The food was beautiful. Parking can be difficult, but there is space on street nearby. The bathroom was still immaculate after a busy lunch. The landlord was very friendly.

Really enjoyable meal..sea bream sweet and delicious. Cheeses lovely selection and perfect temperature. Would definately recommend the food. Piano man was a little loud for group conversation.

Lois & Francis run a top pub with great food. We have followed them here from there previous establishment. Proud and talented people and no better place to go if you are hungry!. Also this place is spotless! Check out the loos...The only down side is the opening hours

Went here today for a lovely lunch. Pork crackling was best I've tasted. Roast beef was also amazing. Veg was cooked to perfection and all arrived at the table piping hot. Pudding was equally as good. Eton mess sundae.. chocolate brownie sundae and lovely ice cream choices. Service was attentive but not intrusive. All in all a great return visit. Will go back again soon . Thank you

Very welcoming, excellent food and service. Love the extra touches such as fresh cut flower arrangements and loving soap and hand cream in lovely clean toilets. Already booked our next meal. Thank you. A credit to chef and all staff.

It's increasingly hard to find a warm atmosphere with great food in and around Cambridge but the Rose and Crown nails it. We first visited just as the pub opened and were so impressed that it's reserved for us as a place to go as a real treat. The food is spot on regardless of dish, decor traditional and staff welcoming. Thanks and we'll be back again soon!
