The Golden Hind is a local gem. The service is friendly and efficient. I’m always pleased to be greeted by the bar staff with a cheerful smile. I’ve eaten here on a few occasions, the food has been consistent and is of a good standard. The locals are a friendly crowd too. All round a win for me!

Watched Red Velvet at the Cambridge Folk Club here in a small room upstairs. The band were celebrating their 200 gig anniversary. They play their own material which is heartfelt, enjoyable and at times emotional. This was a good night.

Visited today. The lasagne was very badly cooked. The girls behind the bar helped us out so much and were so kind. We would come back for the service alone, but will steer clear of the lasagne.
Nice place, plenty of space, car park, off busway and nice outer area. It needs toilet refurb and majority of non alcohol wine was not available although on menu... will go back for sure.
Great pub food. Great atmosphere. Price was acceptable. I ordered my food and drink at the bar and it was out in 15 min, although I was dining with myself and around 8pm. Very friendly and efficient staff considering they were 3 for many. Would definitely come back and treat my hind!
It's a reasonable place for food. We enjoyed the free dart game. There is a nice beer garden outside for the summer.
