We were looking for a decent, reasonably priced meal with friends while staying a night in the area. This looked convenient. The fish and chips were nicely cooked, the atmosphere was calm, and the staff welcoming. Our waitress was cheerful and pleasant, served us quickly and efficiently with a smile. Just what we needed.

We ate at 4.30ish, so the restaurant was nearly empty. The service was good. The food was great, especially for the price. And arrived quickly, even though it was obviously cooked fresh. Altogether an enjoyable experience and would 100% go again.

Went for breakfast today , lovely food well presented and great selection. However the poor staff , only one man doing everything, taking your money , seating you , taking the order , clearing tables , top up food etc etc comon Beefeater employ more staff this man works too hard

Lovely late lunch early tea. Booked a table in the conservatory area. Warm & cosy. Food very good, service excellent thank you this desert is wonderfull.xx

Had a lovely evening with my daughter and a dear friend. Food was excellent. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home. 10 out of 10.

Service here was on the slow side, which was strange because it didn't seem busy. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks and food order to be taken. On a positive note the food was really good. My mixed grill was cooked to perfection. Not the best overall beefeater experience.

service was a little slow, had to wait a while for drinks to arrive before someone came over and said was a queue, that why only gave a 3 star.
food was out of this world.
We was not rushed.
We will try and come back again sometime in the future.

We booked with a party of 14 and we had to wait to be seated but it didn't take long. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the restaurant was nice and clean. We all ordered food but the food did take a long time too come out and they did mess our order up a few times but they did correct it fairly quickly the food was nice but my dish seemed to have small amounts of veg but we did get extra potatoes and yorkshire puds which did help otherwise I would have still been hungry. We did order desserts which the order was wrong but apparently the system was down so that did complicate things. I ordered waffle and ice cream and was a little disappointed because my waffle wasn't very warm I didn't have the time to send it back so I did eat it was overall an OK experience but wasn't great.

Nice location and nice place. Very good chicken (breast and wings). Nice ribs, but I didn't enjoy the sauce (original recipe, but didn't like the taste). I don't like that specific kind of sausage, but it was well cooked. Very good fries, with an excellent texture and not greasy. Although I hate the concept of Mac&cheese, I appreciate the idea of having meat in it. The service was kind and at the right times. Also the price was good. In other words, it's not a fancy steak house, but it's ok like it is; it's a place for these times you are craving for meat and you would like to eat relaxing with your friends and family. Some improvement could be done ( my ribs were a little bit overcooked), but definitely a place where I would like to come back, and also bring my friends. As a last note, the fact that it isn't possible to tip with the card is a little bit annoying, because the service deserves it, but I don't always have cash with me.
