#SCOTCH EGG FAN 🥚🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 📍Cambridge, UK ⭐️ 3.5/5 💸 ££ 🍴Today, we changed our usual foodie setting and visited #Cambridge. After conducting some research and asking around, we chose @pint_shop as our lunch stop. The place is a true gem of the city! It offers a modern space with traditional, delicious food. We decided to try their beautiful new autumn Scotch #egg, paired with cranberry & pear jam, and topped with a sprinkle of mustard seeds 🤤 We also ordered their special Overnight #Pork Belly with roasted Garlic & Thyme Mash (10/10!) 🍖 and their House Burger with double Beef Patty, Ogleshield Cheese, and House Chips. We will definitely come back when we visit town! ❤️

Really good, very surprised to find this in the very heart of Central Cambridge. You would not believe how attractive is the Garden area at the back (nor how could they find a space for it, or for the ample dining area). The bar menu has enough taste and variety to not even need the full Dining menu, but that is even better. The food quality is high and beer selection impressive. Well done, we shall certainly visit many more times!

As someone who suffers from a severe food intolerance, I rarely choose to eat out but the Pint Shop were outstanding in listening to my requirements and delivering a delicious and safe meal. Additionally, the beer menu is excellent! Both my husband and I had a fantastic lunch today, thank you so very much!

Everythings fantastic. The kind of gastropub I’d like to hang around. Good selection of beer and knowledgeable staff help me a lot with that. Everything on the charcuterie board are nice, scotch eggs are tasty, croquettes are yummy. Now the mains, pork belly is the killer, but that deep fried sea bream(it was the day’s special) was astronomical… life changing kind of fish you’ll need. My new favourite in Cambridge.

Lex went on a work trip to UK & Europe: dinner at @pint_shop - a gastro pub. Overall a good experience. . Scotch eggs: nice soft boiled egg inside, and not too greasy. Good classic British dish! . Fried chicken wings: can't go wrong with chicken wings! . Overnight pork belly with sourdough and sausage stuffing, gravy, and apple sauce: the pork was tender, but the skin was not crispy. Would have been nicer if there was crackling 😜😜.
