This was not a large outlet, but there was extra seating upstairs and a small lift to take you up. The entrance was a little narrow and I think a wheelchair user would struggle to get into the place. Thoroughly enjoyed my toastie and mango cooler. Definitely recommend coming in before 9am - it is quiet and clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Will definitely be coming back for breakfast.
Nice Costa. The girl serving was funny and the cooler I ordered was very nice. The food was good as well, there wasn’t a long queue and I didn’t notice anything untidy or not clean.

Staff are very friendly, fast and efficient, and just all round great at their job! It was very busy, but they still managed to make me a fantastic hot chocolate! Lots of seating, very welcoming and nice to be in. I will definitely be going back!
Very good seating space upstairs. Coffee is good. Good variety of cakes and sandwiches. The only issue is that they never seem to have filtered coffee, and ask me to buy Americano instead !!!
Busy coffee shop in the heart of Cambridge. Staff worked quickly and efficiently under pressure. The same good quality drinks from Costa as you would expect.
A popular coffee shop on Graduation 🎓 day was never going to be a good place for a quiet cup of coffee. The staff are to be commended for their efficient service. What Costa lacks in originality it makes up for with consistency: you know what you'll get.
