It’s been taking 15 minutes on average to get a drink. Sometimes they start to talk to each other and watch videos while people are waiting.
Today it took 21 minutes to get a simple iced espresso. They had one person on bar and i was literally watching my life pass me by waiting. This really sucks because they’re the only nearby Starbucks or decent coffee shop.

The best Starbucks around in my opinion. They are efficient and this Starbucks always has stellar, kind, fab staff. There is parking in a large lot in front. In on pandemic times, comfortable seating inside and outside as well.

An exceptionally bad Starbucks. I have never encountered one so consistently terrible as this one.
- They forget my order consistently. Have waited 15 minutes for a grande black iced coffee, staff just standing around talking.
- Poorly mixed drinks. Hot drinks are tepid. Lattes are always half full.
- Staff always seems past their breaking point. Have visited at all hours of the day and it’s always a wreck. Almost never open their full posted hours.
If it can’t be properly staffed it shouldn’t be open

I don’t usually post reviews but this Starbucks is one of the worse ever.
1st experience: burnt coffee, ok service
2nd experience: waited 10 mins for a black coffee, only to get burnt coffee! Staff were not attentive at all.
Will not be coming here again.

I just watched a barista drop a cup that rolled around the floor. With disgust pick it up and filled the order like nothing happened. Gross, will not be coming to this location again :/

Gentleman making coffee has a large beard that I am sure finds it way into food and coffee. It is exaggeratedly large and does not belong around food areas. Walked out with my party of five immediately. Barf!
