Ordered on Ubereats and it's a bit confusing tbh... This is listed under two names. One with English names and one with Hindi, but the Hindi one has broken links for some of the items FYI.
I got the Kachori, Samosa Chaat, Samosa Baingan Bharta (two different types), and paneer masala. I asked for extra spicy and they delivered. The curries were a bit greasy but tasted fine and as you'd expect. Other Indian places don't have Kachori on the menu so that was one thing that stood out.

Right away, it needs to be understood that this is a very casual, cheap takeout/delivery spot and to their credit, they don't pretend to be upscale or fancy in any way. However, even with my low expectations, they sadly weren't met.
I ordered a big dinner/tomorrow's breakfast on a food delivery app, selecting a Grilled Chicken Tikki and a Chicken & Vegetable Combo Platter, choosing Chicken Tikka Masala and Vegetable Korma for the two entrees. I also ordered 3 bottles of water because there was a spend $40, get $11 off and I needed a few extra bucks to make the $40.
The vegetable korma was excellent, up to par with any I've eaten in restaurants around the city. Very flavorful and satisfying. The chicken tikka masala was very below average. It was extremely sweet for some reason. I've never had a chicken tikka masala that was that sweet, it tasted like a cup of sugar was dumped into it. The chicken tikki was unfortunately super dry, basically inedible. Luckily, the combo platter came with a extra container of chicken tikka masala sauce, just the sauce without the chicken. I dipped the chicken tikki into it so it wouldn't be as dry at least, but it did make it really sweet.
Lastly, the 3 bottles of water was said on the app to be 20 ounces, but I got 16 ounce bottles. Also, I didn't receive any utensils even though I checked the box to request them.
Overall, even with the cheap prices, this place wasn't worth it and I won't be ordering from here again.

Favorite spot for Indian. Great food and great value, especially the combos. Excellent vegan and vegetarian options, aloo baingan is one of my favorite Indian dishes ever and I feel like I could eat the daal tarka every meal and never get sick of it. Naan is fluffy and delicious. Saag paneer is the best in the area by far. Aloo gobhi, chana masala, daal makhani are honorable mentions. Friends say the chicken tikka masala is very good. Dishes are excitingly spiced and very flavorful.

One of the best Indian cusines around Boston area, the chef is super friendly and kind. Food is extremely delicious and waiting time is very low . I ordered butter chicken, Dal Makhni and Saag Paneer and it was unbelievable, they matched the exact spice level I ordered and food was warm and nicely packed.

Ordered mutton Briyani over the phone and when we checked it later, it was chicken briyani. Called the place and the guy apologized for the mixup in the order. He asked if we could come back and pickup the right order but our son had already started eating it. What's strange is the mutton Briyani was listed at $21.99 but he had charged us only $17.99 which is the price of chicken Briyani.
As for the food itself, it came with generous portions of rice and chicken which was sufficient for almost 3 people. The taste was not close to a briyani taste but rather that of some other dish like frontier rice or such. The masala used should be more close to briyani and not some other dish. Not sure if even that was mixed up. Anyway it is good to eat as it's closer to the hotel we stayed.

This is decent Indian food place I found in Boston area. They have variety of options for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. We ordered Chicken samosa. Mehh the stuffing was not that great but was crispy. mango lassi was very tasty like really tasty! Chicken briyani was mostly basmati rice mixed with chicken curry😁 technically that should not be called briyani ! Goat curry was very delicious. Spicy level was exactly what we wanted. Staff was very helpful and kind. This is mostly takeaway place with small eatery room

Vege combo platter - aloo gobhi (potato cauli) + baighan bharta (eggplant) $10.
USUALLY comes with basmati rice and an order of roti OR naan... But I don't eat either of those options. I found the dishes very salty. The aloo gobhi is better than the baighan (eggplant) the day I ordered... but both are not good options relative to the available options in Central square. Both arrived to my table piping hot out of the microwave... as in, both dishes were microwaved in the plastic containers that they are served in.
Sad I didn't enjoy my meal more. This would've been the perfect stopover meal while I waited for laundry to finish. 😓

My roommates and I LOVE getting Surya. The food usually lasts me 2 meals (I know it might be one for other people). It's always really well made, and the people in the restaurant are always friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend any dish with Paneer.
