I didnt know there is a big Starbucks with plenty of outlets in Kendall square, it is a good spot to charge and spend a couple of hours studying.
The staff members have unwelcoming attitudes and they were rude by throwing orders everywhere.
Just like other reviews I agree with the lack of customer service.

Good service. A lot of customers standing around, waiting for their morning order. Unpleasant for sitting customers, esp. when it's cold outside because of the doors being continuously opened.

Nice workers at this location. No bathroom available FYI. No dining in. They really get crowded so this is a grab and go starbucks.

As far as Starbucks locations go, this is a particularly nice venue. Pleasant cordial atmosphere in a handy location. Occasionally hard to get sat down inside with so many people parked at tables with their computers. Fabulous sitting area outside for when the weather is right.

They say they open at 6am, but went there at 6:45a and they were still closed. I really like this location so I'm sad to see it going downhill.

Given their location, this place is always VERY busy. Due to local ordnance because of Covid, seating inside is extremely limited. The servers are kind, but strung out because it's 100mph the entire time.
