Fantastic little Jamaican hoping in Cambridge.
What a great surprise ... we drove in from Kitchener for a taste, and we were pleasantly surprised.
All tasted great, the owners were friendly and cheerful.
Not much more that we can say ... go and taste some authentic Jamaican cuisine in Cambridge for yourself.

Great spot! Had the jerk chicken along with some soup. So much food, and really good flavors. The man working that day was so friendly, even brought my friend and I some sliced tomatoes fresh from his garden!

Don't let the taxi stand storefront deceive you. This place is awesome from the friendly, understated Mom and Pop service to the authentic food. Try it!

I rarely write reviews, and when I do, it's typically to give credit because I believe it is deserved, and earned.
I work in the film industry, and always make an effort to support local businesses when we are shooting on location.
Last week, August 5th, we were in Cambridge, and I noticed Ivey's. I am a big fan of Caribbean cuisine, and thought I would give it a try based on recent reviews.
I ordered takeout over the phone with, and I'm sorry for my spelling of her name, Sajay.
She was extremely friendly over the phone, and gave wonderful recommendations.
My coworkers and I ordered two small Jerk Chicken specials with rice & peas, 1 order of curry chicken, 3 soups, and 3 beef patties.
We all agreed that the portion sizes were generous, and the food was very delicious. Be forewarned that if you lack experience with scotch bonnet hot sauce, it will clear your sinuses.
All in all, we had a great experience, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Cambridge.

This time I got a spicy beef Jamaican patty instead of mild and let me tell you.. it was DELICIOUS! And not overly spicy like he told me! Love this place and the customer service. Good food, great kind people!! Xo
