Harvey's

We ordered through drive thru, 2 original combos, and an original burger, first one was to be everything but hot peppers and mayo, there is no ketchup on here and some kind of spicy sauce (shown in picture), second one was ketchup, mustard, garlic mayo and pickles( not a pickle on it). The single burger was suppose to be everything but hot peppers ( it looks identical to the first burgers toppings), fries were cold, worst burger from Harvey’s EVER, will not be back!! Your produce is lacking in freshness also. Get your head office to maybe teach you how to make a good burger.

Been coming here for years and it seems to be a running issue especially lately that I order a poutine and go back to work to enjoy it and it's always either half filled or no gravy. Then when you go back to complain they just stuff more fries in the same now cold poutine box and send you on your way. Horrible customer service when it comes to honouring there mistakes just went again today figured I'd get a large poutine this time. Half full of fries tons of gravy. Looks like what you would get in the regular size. Pretty pathetic not happy

New review: Lightlife burgers are drier and thinner than their Angus burgers. They don't really taste much like beef. They taste a bit odd. I won't buy it again. I am keeping my 5 star review because their Angus burgers are so good. Older review of mine: Angus burgers, onion rings, and fries were fresh and hot. Very efficient staff! The place was very clean and modern looking. See my pics. I only wish Harvey's sold cooked unbattered onions and cooked mushrooms as burger toppings. You would think that since they are mainly a burger place, Harvey's would have more toppings available. However, this isn't the issue with this store, it is with headquarters.

We ordered crispy chicken sandwiches tonight after 10 pm , and we got sandwiches which weren’t crispy. Moreover, she didn’t put ketchup as ordered. (We told twice to put ketchup ). In addition to that, we waited 3 minutes to pay bill , where we were the only car , and one boy and that girl who were there , was with a phone and were talking while we were waiting. We really disappointed.

How are you going to confirm that the order is being made, make the customer wait 40+ minutes, and then cancel the order just before the delivery guy picks it up? The store had not even closed yet, but for some reason the employees decided to cancel the order because the store was closed? Never ordering from this location again and I will not be recommending this location to anyone.
