Little Caesars

Disappointing experience last night. We specifically order no sauce and we received sauce which made the pizza inedible for my daughter. The location wasn't busy at all as it was mid afternoon. I did reach out to customer service but never got a reply. I still have 3 stars because this location is usually really good.

I stopped going to this location half a year ago because the hot and ready pepperoni pizza available for walk in was dry as a bone . Well today I was traveling past the location and thought I'd give it a try again. What a surprise. The pepperoni pizza sitting on the rack was completely dry again. I would have turned around to complain but I was already on the highway. Never going back. Lesson learned.

Extremely poor customer service! I placed an order on the little Cesar’s website. I got a message that DoorDash will deliver the order. I never received my order. I called the store they told me to call DoorDash. Called DoorDash and little Cesar’s multiple times nobody answered. When I called back the store they told me to callback on Monday to speak with the store manager for a credit. I called them back on Monday. And the store manager Jean flatly refused to provide any credit or further assistance and told me to call the same number that I had already called multiple times. After doing back and forth with little Cesar’s and DoorDash the supervisor named Christian said he will refund the money in 9 to 10 days! and will not provide any credit for the inconvenience because I don’t have any account with little Cesar’s and hung up on me. Oh also, while I was talking to Christian the order confirmation email that I had in front me disappeared and I still cannot find it anywhere I asked him if they did that and he didn’t provide any clear answer. Both little Cesar’s and DoorDash didn’t take any accountability for such a terrible service. I will never give my hard earned money to them.

Had wonderful customer service tonight on 2020-November 15th around 8pm. Young women behind the counter was very helpful and understanding my situation and to be honest it made my night. Good customer service is always such a nice experience. Friendly,Polite,Funny & outgoing. A++ --This is why I wanted to leave a review I showed up and she was moping the floor and of course I come strolling in with wet shoes and (all though didn't mean to ovb ruined the work she just did. She laughed and said "its no big deal" She got me a nice warm and fresh *hot N ready* Pizza for me to take home. I paid said goodbye and apologized again for walking over the moped floor. fast forward 10 minutes later I am in my drive way ready to devour this pizza... I get out the wind is insane all day but seemed to have slowed down. I needed my keys and phone so set the pizza on my roof of the car. & Just like the movies I look up and see an empty roof. I briefly second guess my self (Thinking ) did I put it in the trunk or the back seat. Then I feel the strong gust of wind and see & hear my pizza box blowing down the street - with a trail of pizza slices behind it. I called and explained and we both laughed and she offered to make me a fresh pizza !! I walked back and twice a fool walked over the floor again and said sorry again !! She was super kind - outgoing turned a bad experience to a good one. Reason for my review ! Please Owner/Manager make sure you recognize your employee for her outstanding customer service. She deserves it. Thanks for the wonderful experience
