East Side Mario's

I was skeptical about coming to an east side’s again because I’ve been to so many east’s side before in the past and experienced horrible customer service almost every time. The only reason why I kept going back was for the all you can eat bread and salad. After quite some time, I decided to go back again last night and it was great! Food came out really fast, our server (Erica I believe was her name) was very friendly! She always came back to check on us to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. Food was super hot, fresh, and delicious!!! Love the linguine chicken amatriciana (I get it every time) and my boyfriend had the scallop carbonara. We were both very pleased.

I hadn’t been to an East Side’s in quite some time, and it was a great experience! Our server was on point and quick with the bread, drinks and salad and she checked on us often to make sure everything was good. The drinks and food were hot, fresh and delicious! I had a sangria and the gluten friendly cauliflower pizza, and my fiancé had beer and pasta. They had great service. We were seated right away, everyone was friendly and the place was really clean. We will definitely be back!

Now that the Restaurant is under new ownership, I decided to give it another shot. Even though it had only been a week, I already saw a difference. Staff were very pleasant and were on time for our drinks and food! Our waiter always ensured we had drinks/salad/bread and checked on us frequently to ensure everything was how we wanted it! I would highly recommend going back for those who had a bad experience in the past!!

My girlfriend decided she wanted pasta and said she loved East side Mario's. We have only ever had it from the restaurant and had good experiences. We ordered through Uber eats and definitely not impressed. Portions were small not up to the standards you expect from them. Not sure we will want to go to the restaurant again after this experience. Hopefully they can up their standards for future customers.

Terrible experience and would not recommend to anyone. Ordered a pickup order yesterday with a pick up time of 6:20pm. I arrived at 6:20pm pm to pick up my food and was told it was almost ready and would be 5 minutes which was no problem. Over the next 10 minutes I had multiple people ask me if I had been helped who all would say let me go check on the order and then not return. Finally a manager came by and told me my food would be ready in 1 minute and so I paid. I did not see this manager again and my food was not ready until 6:50pm. When the hostess not the manager finally brought me my food I could tell my pizza was ice cold. I checked it in the car and found out I was correct. When I got home our order was missing dipping sauce. Nothing better than ordering take out and being served cold food you have to heat up at home.

Cambridge location. No hostess!!! Finally got seated. Service, OK but not wow. Food, OK but not wow. Meatballs tasted not so fresh. Wandering if they were frozen and reheated. Even for a restaurant chain I would expect better. At least provide some quality since you clearly don't mind charging the customer. Do better.
