Burger King

Extremely slow service, they undercooked my meal and all looked extremely disorganized. My food tasted awful, too (chicken burger and fish burger were mushy and gross). Employee asked me what i was waiting for and i said a milkshake so she said “I’ll go make that for you”, made a milkshake, put it in the freezer, took it out, and gave it to someone else. I am usually very generous and patient with fast food workers as i have worked in retail and know it can be hard but this was just terrible. I had to spit my food out which I’ve never done before, this was the worst food I’ve ever bought.

I love this location and am glad that it's 24 hours. There's nothing like working a graveyard shift and being able to get a whopper meal after work. I can't stand breakfast after working all night. Yes, I have to wait sometimes, but at least I know it's fresh. Service is better and friendlier during the week than on the weekend. The younger gentlemen/manager is fantastic, always smiling and positive. Keep up the great work.

I ordered 3 whopper combos from skip the dishes. I only received 2 whoppers. I called and left a message with the store, but no on bothered to call me back. I am not blaming Skip the dishes ir the delivery guy cause I had to use scissors to open the bags they were sealed to well. Doesn't seen to me like Burger King's cares about their customers or customer service. I will use Door Dash from now on who will get my order from the Kitchener store.

Worst Burger king i ever been to. I ordered 20 nuggets and added 3 dipping sauces , received with nothing , how i am suppose to eat those nuggets without any dipping sauces. Hey Burger king you can take that nuggets from my garbage bin and stuff in yourself And i also ordered my spicy crispy chicken burger without mayo and tomato, received with mayo and tomatoes. Also in the garbage bin. Burger King service 👎🏽

What can I say. Burger King is Burger King. Has been pretty much the same since I can remember. Have to say their customer service is getting better. Still get a chuckle that sometime during the night they turn most of the lights off in side and turn the menu and drive through lights off. I’m guessing to appear closed but they’re open 24 hours.

First two times coming here were awful. Came back after 3 months absolutely brutal. Ordered our food was told to wait after paying at first window in drive thru. Waited 10 minutes got our food pulled into parking lot right beside building and our burgers for a family of 4 all freezing cold, the cheese wasn't even melted on the burger at all. Fries were really hot and the burger was so cold like they'd been sitting there waiting while the fries cooked. The toppings were just thrown in the bag the burger was wrapped in not on the burgers themselves. Disgusting mess, won't be eating here again. Our kids couldn't eat because it was so bad. Now we will have to go somewhere else to eat as they're starving.
