Dairy Queen

Decided to check out new stacked menu (burgers) I usually love Dairy Queen hot eats however today was just an ok visit. 2 stacked burgers, i poutine, 1 pop and 1 large cone came to approx $30. Not worth $30 because the gravy was the most watery gravy I’ve ever been survey, burger Pattie’s dried out and they couldn’t scan my points app.

The food was good, just it's slower than other "fast food" places which is fine since they are making it to your order. The area they have you wait is small and gets a little crowded as more people come in to order and pick up their food, then you have to cross over the line of people to fill your drink which is awkward as you have to find a place to put your food down since I didn't get my drink cups prior to my food and had to ask for them. This place just needs a little TLC and maybe renovation, to make it more customer friendly since it is able to stay open all year with its food.

Amazing customer service... went in to grab dinner and icecream for the family.. it was crazy busy but the wait actually wasn't bad at all and was quite impressed... the gentleman taking the orders allowed the use of multiple coupons even though the coupons state 1 per visit, so that was awesome! Highly recommend!

The blizzard was amazing!! Extra full & delicious 😋 and super tasty! Strawberry 🍓 blizzard with Oreo cookies my favorite! The only thing I would say is the service is very slow. I waited almost 10 mins in line and there was only 1 customer ahead of me picking up a cake. When I went for my birthday a few months ago, my spouse pre-ordered a cake and the staff that day were unorganized. They said pick a cake, we said we ordered it already. They disappeared then came back and asked what we would like. We said again we already ordered a cake 🎂 then they found the order. Everyone is friendly but need more confidence. Overall ice cream is amazing, people are friendly, just slow service, but still worth it.

Won't be returning to this location. Went yesterday to get a blizzard. The girl who served me coughed directly into her hand, and then proceeded to make my order. Regardless of covid or not, no one, especially in the food industry, should cough into their hand and then touch any food items. No santizing or anything afterwards.

Dairy Queen's blizzards and cakes are obviously yummy treats. The double cheese burgers I ordered today were a lil sad looking. The patty's we're grilled nicely but I had to pay $0.50 for the lettuce- that was scarce as I don't eat mustard, nor ketchup. Literally the smallest amount of lettuce on a burger I have ever seen in my whole entire life. It literally made me laugh when I looked as I always make sure there isn't the wrong toppings. It was still a decent burger but it could have been much much better.
