Nice little shop of the Whittard chain. They have a wide variety of tea, coffee, hot chocolate as well as tea accessories. I bought a very nice tea infuser as well as a few boxes of hot chocolate. You can taste a few options. I really enjoyed their luxury hot chocolate and salted caramel one. The Polish lady who served us (I didn't get her name) was very friendly and helpful. You can join their mailing list and get your receipt on your email. They also give you a few free samples to go.

Amazingly tasty products and wonderful knowledgeable staff. Best hot chocolates and teas around. Haven't tried the coffees yet, but sure they are lovely.

Lorraine served us today. She and her colleague were a delight. My kid's popped into the store room as they thought it was part of the shop, and the staff were so good with it. We all tasted the delicious hot chocolate and the flavours were out of this world. They gave the kids a sticker too which really helped after a long day out. Thanks. You made our day.x happy faces with chocolate moustaches!

I really love the witthard shop in cambride. Because there are loads of viraity of tea and coffee. And i really llike the coffee bags that i got from here for myself. And I love my glass cup. I will come back and get some tea in bags. And the staff are very helpfull in finding your coffee or tea. And the staff are warmwelcoming. And the pricese are right for the tea and coffee. And i will return and buy some more from you guys.

Quaint shop well set out with lots of lovely teas and coffees. Helpful knowledgeable staff and welcome taster of hot chocolate offered. Reasonably priced quality items

Very helpful staff. We were able to try one of the teas which an assistant brewed especially for us. It was his first try of Rhubarb punch too, so we convinced him to buy some too!

Really nice shop with really helpful staff. Every time I've been in there, there are loads of teas, coffees and hot chocolate to try. If you go and visit during Christmas they even have biscuit and chocolate covered espresso bean samples! Overall definitely worth a visit.

The staff are not too sensitive to what customers are looking for. But generally a well welcomed shop with great tea. Don't forget to check them out in festive seasons, you might get some good discounts.
