From start to finish the whole process was fantastic. From using the website, to being contacted by the sales team. I dealt with Simon, who was absolutely fabulous, able to offer lots of advice and answered all of my queries quickly. He was an extremely friendly chap, and not the usual sales person with all the patter etc. Just a genuinely nice guy. The guys in the accessories store where equally as helpful. Advising on all equipment with ease. I think I dealt with a guy named Tom. Again very knowledgeable and helpful. Delivery of the bike was as promised, and again the delivery guy was friendly. The whole buying experience has been fantastic, they make you feel welcome. I would highly recommend CMC for all your motorbike needs.

The staff at CMC were extremely welcoming and friendly especially Simon on sales and Tom in clothing. They helped make the choosing of my bike very easy with professional help they were able to give, dealing with these guys I would certainly go back again if I decide on another bike. Excellent Dealership definitely recommend you give these guys a try.

Great friendly atmosphere. No hard sell from the sales assistants. Fantastic range of new and used bikes. Very well laid out and the space is crammed full of bikes! All the bikes were polished up, with plenty of information on the sales tags so you can see all the specs and prices without having to trouble an assistant. Plenty of parking outside, including disabled and motorcycle only spaces. Clothing section, toilets and cafe upstairs. Cafe is 100% worth a visit. Good food, decent price and portion size. The staff are so attentive and friendly. They checked in with us to make sure we had what we wanted and were happy with our meals. Seats 70 and has a wheelchair lift, which was most welcome. It was clean, tidy and well stocked

Would give 0 if I could, the service I received was next to nothing, was looking around the showroom no one came over to ask if I was okay, I had to walk over to a sales guy who honestly looked like he didn’t wanna be there! Asked if they had a bike in stock and if you could value my bike and work out some numbers for me, took a couple details not asked me what deposit, what mileages what term, walked in the back office and came back with a pcp term I didn’t want! Overall the experience was very bad! Ended up buying a brand bike else where ! Would not recommend buying from if your looking for good experience, here is attached the bike I bought from another dealer

My first bike in 30 years, I passed CMC Cannock once a week travelling North and liked the look of it, therefore I decided to see what they had to offer an old timer like me, with an urge to get back on a bike again! Happy to say, the friendliness of all the staff was great, especially Simon (Bike Sales Executive) who helped me choose my new bike, and all the people upstairs (Clothes & Accessories) who helped me completely kit up again. In all, a truly pleasurable experience and would highly recommend.
