I only go through the drive through and get a coffee on my way to work all the staff I have spoken to have always been very friendly and polite

I go to Costa all over the country and this one outshines the rest! The staff are always pleasant and chatty, the coffee is always perfect and the indoor area is always immaculate!

Nice little place that is open until 9pm most days and has a drive-thru. The only downside is the acoustics of the place are not great, so when it is busy, it gets very noisy.

Visited at 12:40 on Thursday 8th June 2023.
Ordered at drive through a Salted Caramel Frappe with decaf coffee and REAL cream. I reiterated the Real cream and not the fake stuff. When it arrived I pointed out it was not real cream to which I was told it is. I again pointed out it was not real cream to which the lady replied it's Dairy light, it's all we have. I asked for a refund so she went around to the cafe side. Within a couple of minutes she was back, dairy whip had been removed and replaced by real cream. My issue is why the bare faced lie. When I asked why she lied she just turned away.
Back to stopping at Brow hills on my way home from now.

A handy little drive through costa. We sat in today rather then taking on the long queue for the drive in. There was also quite a queue inside. When we got served the batista was kind and friendly. There are lots of tables but unfortunately there were very few clear as most tables had left over cups and plates which hadn't been cleared up which gave a unkempt feeling to the place. As normal ok coffee but won't be rushing to go back to this branch.
