Came here for my son's 11th birthday and loved it! The staff were very friendly and the food delicious and fresh. Only criticism is my husband wasn't impressed with the cold plates. Mine and my younger son's meal was fabulous! Would recommend and certainly visit again- I'm eager to try the buffet lunch.
My first visit today, went at lunchtime for the buffet.
Absolutely delicious, all the food was nicely presented and clearly labelled. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Went to Azouma on Saturday night for my birthday. Excellent food, atmosphere and service. We were a big table of 15 had only booked for 11 but no complaints from the staff they completely accommodated us. Many thanks to all. We will be back.

Really nice place, had the buffet there a few months ago and was really filling and nice. Cute and quirky place. Wouldn't recommend the desert though as it was a little bit dry and not flavoursome
Good to be back. I stopped going to Azouma a long time ago, but one of this days, I just passed in front of the restaurant windows and saw a full restaurant.
Even if it was half past one in the afternoon, out of curiosity, I went in just to have a look. I was presented the lunch time buffet they have every day and I just fell in love with this restaurant once again.
I don't know exactly what they changed since two years ago, when I last went there, but I have to admit it was the best lunch I ever had. Surprised as I was, I booked for dinner in the same day, and when I got there, at around half past seven, the restaurant was completely transformed. The beautiful flickering of the candle light, the rose petals on the tables, the ambiance and the way the staff just knew how to make you feel comfortable and like in a journey through Morocco. This is not the Azouma I knew 2 years ago.

The meze platter was fantastic! The harissa was just fantastic! Tagine was brilliant and the baklawa was just perfect! Excellent food and service at an excellent price!

Very nice seating. As an algerian, it fits perfectly the Mediterranean style. The food is delicious. Felt like home. The service is as well nice and the prices were reasonable for such famous dishes.

The staff are friendly and the food is perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. The portions are worth every penny (I could only finish half of my seafood tagine!)
The Arabic coffee was beautiful, great temperature and tasted great. I highly recommend this place and will be back (with more people to share the generous portions with!)

It was our first time visiting Azouma, but I saw all the google reviews and wanted to try it out for myself. Fist and foremost, the staff are so welcoming and helpful, alongside that, the all you can eat buffet is only around £10! My partner and I tried everything at the buffet and honestly I could not fault the food at all! The quality of the food is amazing and on top of that, you can help yourself to a piece of cake or two ( or as I did, ALL of them lol)! If you’re ever visiting Canterbury, I highly recommend this restaurant as it offers great quality food for an affordable price!
After a day out in warm sunny Wingham Park, we were dying to have a nice lunch which included Rice and we navigated straight to try out Azouma. There was seating on two floors, we chose downstairs in cozy air conditioned corner and it was immediately relaxing. The food that turned up was nice and hot and by far the best Arabic food we ve tasted in the UK yet.
The Lamb Tagine was exquisite and the Chargrill three course meal had this absolutely juicy delicious Baklawa. We ended up ordering another plate of Baklawa.
Absolutely recommend this place for Arabic food lovers!

Cold mezze was most excellent. Hummus especially. Flat breads were outstanding - just the right amount of char

It was a quiet service but we were 6 so made our own atmosphere. Food and service was great, no complaints, portions were good, no-one managed a desert. All the meat dishes we had were very well favoured as were the seafood tagine.
My lamb tagine was amazing. I eat in many places ( countries) different types of food, but this was excellent made.
I don't usually drink cocktails but from time to time I will try something new. The same very good cocktails.

Visiting Canterbury for the day, we wanted a satisfying meal that wouldn’t break the bank. Both in terms of value and taste, Azouma’s lunch buffet totally surpassed our expectations.
The food on offer was plentiful, bursting with flavour and so fresh too. The beef tagine was a favourite, along with the lamb, and the olives too - I must’ve eaten my weight in them!
I hadn’t expected dessert to be included but it was, and that too was very good. A variety of bite sized puddings were available along with Mr Whippy style ice cream.
A Saturday lunch buffet was just £10.95 with a service charge of 10% added. I didn’t begrudge paying this as the service offered by the two members of staff was very friendly and attentive - and, being our first visit, we were shown the buffet and talked through each of the dishes.
I only wish that the restaurant wasn’t an 85 mile drive from home because I’d love to go back!
Great middle eastern restaurant. Quite a few dishes are vegetarian naturally so it was a great choice for us veges The mixed vegetarian starter was great. We ended up sharing a main of a vegetable tagine.
The meat choices looked good. The home cooked flat bread was fantastic with the Baba Ghanoush dip. Middle eastern music and decor added to the atmosphere.
The place is very unclean and it also smells unclean. The tables weren’t properly cleaned either, but the food is amazing! The food comes in generous portions and is delicious.
The food was excellent and the atmosphere was top tier. 10/10, definitely coming back.
