Burgate Coffee House - Canterbury - Photo album

Real barista coffee, weighed as it should be! fully appreciate the iced drink options, ordered an iced americano - so many places don’t do enough ice or use very bitter / burnt coffee, but this was lovely. Very good. After sitting saw they sell Curve Coffee beans which is a favourite. Was tempted by
Stopped here for a quick iced coffee and grabbed one of the small outdoor tables to relax with our dog in tow. Love the iced coffees we had. Friendly staff and fast service, thank you!
I've been here a few times over the past couple of weeks. The staff are always super friendly (they went above and beyond, making a coffee fresh for my friend as she was running late, which was very kind!). Food is always really tasty, and coffee is some of the best in Canterbury. Highly recommend.
We were desperate for a good coffee and a local suggested this place. Located near the entrance to the cathedral (which was packed with students of all ages on excursions), we nestled into a table and ordered our long awaited our coffee. Looking at the soup a fellow diner was having I was somewhat j
The coffee was okay but the tea wasn't great, not helped by the milk being in an espresso cup, so no spout to prevent spillage. The grilled sandwiches were great, with decent quality bread and fillings.
Lovely food, amazing cakes & great service. Thankyou for our lunch. Lovely to find plenty of vegan & GF options.
My third time here. They've changed coffee suppliers each time I've been here. This year is curve coffee from Margate. Not as good as it has been in the past. Food good though. 4 stars due to the coffee. Other places in Canterbury serve better coffee in 2018.
Nice capuchino sat outside the coffee house, quiet and pleasant in post covid Canterbury. Seats a little uncomfortable hence one star off
Nice and cozy small coffee shop, they keep really warm the place in wintertime. Really tasty coffee, much better than the typical chains.
Nice place for coffee and food, the food just took a little while so not good if you're in a rush
Had a lovely bacon butty here. Very nice. Very basic but nice atmosphere.
I popped in for a coffee; noticing their speciality beans and inviting counter layout. The compact cafe was supported with welcoming staff. The coffee being delivered, after a bit of a wait, with a smile.
A small and cozy shop with great coffee. Super convenient if you want to grab a cup while you walk around the cathedral!
Lovely afternoon at Burgate, reasonably priced, tasty food and service with a smile. The coffee was great and although they only have a couple of tables outside, it was a great place to visit for a break!
