Very busy place. Service was good but we had only just sat down and picked up the drinks and food menu to be greeted by the waitress asking what we wanted to eat and drink already. Prices expensive for what they are and portion size would leave you eating again that eve. We had dessert elsewhere. Food was very good.
Our local Prezzo has closed so happy to find Prezzo in Canterbury. My wife and I had great meals in lovely surroundings . The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again if in Canterbury. Highly recommended.

Beautiful restaurant, lovely decor and ambience. Staff are friendly and attentive.
Every single thing we ordered was absolutely delicious, the burrata burger is insanely good, one for a treat/cheat day! I had braised beef in Chianti with porchini mash which I'd never had before but was absolutely gorgeous.
The Biscoff banoffee cheesecake was to die for, don't miss it!!
Our lunch was an absolute treat, thoroughly enjoyed every single bite and won't hesitate to go back!
Had a lovely dinner here with family. Was a special occasion and the staff helped it feel so. Very friendly and a warm atmosphere. Reasonable prices and great quality. Just perfect!
We had a lovely meal here. The service was excellent! Everyone was upbeat and chatty. The food came out quickly as the restaurant was surprisingly quiet. Every dish was hot and flavorful. A super evening! I'd recommend Prezzo in Canterbury.

A very enjoyable evening out with Family. We walked straight in (having booked) but was 15 minutes early. This wasn't an issue and we were greeted and seated with a smile and a warm welcome offering us sanitiser as we went to our table. Spacing due to the global pandemic was very good and well done.
The sever was attentive throughout our meal without being over the top. Drinks orders were taken which we waited around 5 - 10 minutes for. On arrival of the drinks the orders were taken. Food was served fairly promptly. The food itself was of a very good quality and all enjoyed. Plenty to choose from for the fussy eaters.
We were asked on arrival if anyone has an allergy, (my Mum has a nut allergy). What is a first that I have seen in any restaurant was a separate menu detailing all the ingredients of which my Mum was very pleased about. Great move Prezzo!
The reason for 4 stars rather than 5... They have three items only on the desert menu, (we also asked to make sure). After all their efforts beforehand, these three deserts all contain nuts. So they don't cater for people who can't eat nuts in their final course. Great shame. Even a selection of ice creams would have done it, but unfortunately no.
That said, this in itself wouldn't stop us going back again in the future.
I only have good words for this amazing restaurant. Food is delicious but the waitress named Ruxi made this place even better. We arrived really late almost closing time but she still managed to serve us with food and drinks and lots of smiles. Thank you Ruxi for being so kind😊

I had the grilled Chicken & Mushroom Dish with a side of Fries!! Pinot Grigio Rose Wine (not too dry) went well with the meal! Excellent service, very Pleasant & Helpful Staff! Prices are Reasonable. Budget friendly if your concerned. The Food to Me is worth more. Recommended definitely place to dine❣️

I took my daughters here for lunch during the summer holidays, we were seated right away and an amazing member of staff called Karina looked after us.
The kids menu was great, and everything we had was utterly delicious. Will deffo go again!
My wife purchased the buy a gift menu for £30 I have to say it was extremely good value for money. For starter we had the hummus with pita bread and the breaded mozzarella. Both served relatively quickly and tasted delicious. For main we both had double pepperoni pizza, this also was delicious however huge. For dessert we had honeycomb cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding.
Over all impressed with the standard off all the food and the staff were very professional and helpful.
