The Cricketers - Canterbury - Photo album

Great British pub for a pint ! Everyone should experience, Fire place lit in winter, Outdoor seating in summer Perfect !
Lovely quaint little pub with a really nice feel and atmosphere. The pub benefited from a cozy outdoor area to the rear, a bit of a sun trap (which I loved) and shaded area too. A great menu at reasonable prices.. we did not have time to sample the food but enjoyed a lovely alcoholic beverage. Pric
One of my favorite place in Canterbury for some amazing refreshments. Best Pimms in the town, nice and a cossy place to chat and enjoy your meal with family and friends.
What a lovely pub I would highly recommend it,the food was fantastic and the staff were lovely
Great food. Slightly lacking in service, ie didn't ask if we wanted more drinks (we would have ordered more) and didn't ask if we wanted dessert (we wouldn't, we were stuffed!). We would go here again.
Didn't eat on this occasion but will visit again and try the menu. The food coming out looked amazing. Ash was friendly and welcoming. The place was spotless and is a beautiful building. Definitely recommend to visit
Only stopped for a drink, so I can only comment on a very brief experience. The bar staff were friendly, and the selection of drinks was good. My wife and I enjoyed our drinks and a chat while watching the world go by in a relaxing atmosphere.
Had beers and lunch last week while visiting from Suffolk, Excellent beer and food , friendly barman ( Harvey) . Going back this week for a few days
Quaint place to get drinks. The bartender was extremely friendly and made us feel welcomed. If you’re around the area and looking for a place to grab a drink don’t look any further!
I want to recommend the Cricketers as it's one of the places, where you'll be happy not just grub a beer, but feel the atmosphere. Live music - yes, night life - yes, meet new faces - yes. Absolutely recommend
Can't beat a 16th century pub for atmosphere! Great service. We showed up literally 2 minutes before they stopped serving food and they were lovely about squeezing us in.
Very friendly staff, great food (the curry is to die for) and cold drinks. So pretty much everything you look for in a pub! Will visit again.
Visited Feb. 9 2019. Lovely little spot for a quick meal. Had the fish and chips with mashed peas.
Was a good pub, just had some beers.
This place gets top marks as a quaint English Inn. Something is missing, maybe atmosphere earlier in the evening but certainly a decent range of beers. Still not bad for a quick pint. To be fair it could be a banging pub with a decent band on but unfortunately we didn't experience that.
Small City Centre pub, with basic bar food, and Shepheard Neame beers. Nice & cosy
