We've been coming here for 5 years. And we've always had a memorable time- the staff, food and cocktails are special. If you're in Canterbury- Book and visit! Or just drop in- you will be met with a warm welcome and fantastic food.

Went to this place before going around Westgate. The ambience is nice, friendly staff. Ordered the tacos as a starter it was average, I would say, could have put more jalapeños but the portion was alright. Then, for my mains, I had the burritos with beef balbacoa. It was ok, I guess, I enjoyed it. Their JD ribs was nice just needed a little bit more sauce, portions were great. I ordered a rum añeĵo which was recommended by the waiter and my daughter had a jungle juice, we both like it, so I guess cocktails are their highlights.

The restaurant was fairly accessible with my walker, I think there was a small step up. We were shown to a window seat straight away. We ordered a pitcher of passion fruit and mango margarita, a naked burrito bowl and chicken enchiladas with some wedges. Food was hot and delicious! Staff were very friendly. We also got a shot of strawberry tequila on the house with the bill. Good choice of food, brilliant choice of cocktails and reasonably priced. I would definitely go again.

Stopping over in Canterbury for dinner to break up a long drive. We found this place and was really inviting. The staff were really friendly, there was a nice quirky atmosphere and the food was great! Could not fault this, would definitely go again next time we are nearby!

The atmosphere at Tacos Locos is friendly and welcoming, the staff there are helpful and fun to interact with. The place is clean and pleasant to dine in. We enjoyed our food greatly in a relaxed atmosphere. Went there on Sunday for lunch and they welcomed us and our dog with open arms. There were 6 of us and we ordered starters, main dishes and lots of drinks, everything was delicious and fresh and the main dishes portions were generous. Hope to go back there many times 🤤😍🌮🌯

What a lovely Mexican restaurant. The food was amazing and so was the service. Mario at the bar makes the most wonderful cocktails and Thomas the manager was chatty, fun and extremely entertaining and knowledgeable. We had a fabulous time and We’ll definitely go back.
